Donna recommended some changes to the current vitamins I take in the morning. I couldn't be happier with the results. She took the time to explain the benefits of what she was recommending versus what I was already taking. Donna was not pushy or salesy at all. CDR is very knowledgeable and kind.They have a great selection of organic fruits , vegetables and grass fed meats.They have a lot to offer. For my husband and I they are a hidden gem. We love the atmosphere and personal attention.we no longer have to make the trip to whole foods for healthy foods and supplements.

I am so happy that Bourbon has a health food store! Any time I drive to Sullivan, I am sure to stop here. They have a surprising amount of good food for such a small store. They also advertise a lot of local farmers who are producing wonderful products. They are always nice when I come in and it puts a smile on my face.
