I also feel like the finance department was very fair. Overall, I was treated with kindness and respect and I would highly recommend.

I bought a truck from out of state with Austin Henderson. He was very communicative and easy to work with. They took my deposit and held the truck for me for 2 days until I could come complete the purchase. No hidden fees, no extra markup, no mandatory add ons. The Ram I bought was aggressively priced after being on their lot for 80+ days.They did lowball me on my trade, even though I was very upfront about the numbers they needed to hit to make it work (they ended up coming up almost $2,000). The truck I bought has some pretty shoddy tires with some dry rot, even though it was sold as Certified Pre-Owned. They also went pretty hard on the sale of additional warranties which I wasn’t interested in.Overall I would buy another vehicle here - but as someone who has bought 15+ vehicles from dealers in five different states, this was definitely not my best experience.

Went to the Boonville Missouri WK dealership. Was greeted by their salesman Joey Jones. He was very friendly, honest and down to earth, definitely not some 'slick" car salesman. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed talking to Joey during the negotiation process for the new Jeep I wanted. Everything went pretty smooth from the moment I walked in the door all the way to signing all the paperwork with the nice finance officer on my new Jeep. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Joey!

WK is very unhelpful! When our family was passing through Boonville on a long roadtrip our Jeep Grand Wagoneer threw an error. We stopped in WK to see if they could check it out for us to make sure it was ok to drive. They told us they couldn’t even take a look at it for 3 days. As a Jeep customer, you would think they should be willing to plug into the computer and check it. We continued on to Machens in Columbia where they plugged us in, reset a module and we were back on our way in less than a half hour.WK has poor customer service. I would definitely never recommend doing business with them.

We had been looking for an Unlimited Rubicon for a while and found one that fit what we were looking for at W-K Jeep in Boonville. I live about 5 hrs from the dealership so I got in contact with Brandon there and we started discussing the vehicle. He was always very prompt and knowledgeable with his replies. There was no “bait and switch” with this dealer. I felt like Brandon was always honest in our discussions which reflects on him and the dealership. We were able to come to an agreement and we drove up the next day to sign the papers and pickup the Jeep. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. The deal and vehicle were exactly as expected when we got there. We signed the papers, traded keys and left with a great vehicle and a really good feeling. I would highly recommend this dealership and Brandon in particular if you are looking for a new vehicle.

The left rear tire of our plug-in hybrid Chrysler Pacifica was damaged by encountering a sharp object while going east on I-70 at a construction site near the Missouri River crossing. Brad of Nash's towing took the vehicle along with my wife and me to W-K Chrysler, which we knew would have already closed for the day. My wife and I spent the night at a nearby Quality Inn. The next morning, the Service Manager (whose name I failed to obtain) and the service technicians could have told me that I needed a new tire, as I had anticipated. Instead, I was told that they could safely repair the tire. We were given priority service because W-K knew that we were from out of town. We were back on the road for less than $30. Everyone at W-K was very pleasant and very helpful. I live in St. Louis, so it is not likely that I will be able to purchase a car from W-K. However, I hope that folks reading this will realize that they will get first class and very honest service from this dealership.

Contacted Joey Jones at 3 pm Monday. Told him what I was looking for. Within just a few minutes time he called back with a list of trucks that fit the criteria. I chose one at about 4 pm. By 4:30 he called back with several approvals and asked me how fast I could get there to pick it up. Have to say, one of the quickest and easiest dealerships I’ve ever dealt with!

Would not honor their advertised price that had been up for over a week. Said the dealer discount was a mistake and would only give employee pricing from the manufacturer and rebate to finance with with them at high interest rate. And no other discount as advertised. False advertising. I had also used their text feature on their website during their business hours, and after 4 hours I had not been contacted. That should have been the 1st sign of what dealing with this dealership is like.
