They had gluten free sandwiches and wraps and other gluten free food items which are hard to find at gas stations. Unfortunately most items were sold out at 11pm, but I would go back just for that!!

long wait for shower. The showers are all open and not cleaned after use; we had to wait a long time for a worker to be found to take care of them and put them in order.

Pilot Travel Centers are always on my list of places to stop for gas, drinks and snacks on any trip I take. Always clean regardless of 1 in the morning or 1 in the afternoon.

Their Wendy employees can be ultra unprofessional, I asked today for a product that they had. Instead of the girl Natalie going to check she flagged me off and said they didn't have it. Instead of just accepting I Instead that she check, I asked why she just dismissed me rather than just doing her job...she simply just walked away. This happened at or around 6:30pm 1/10/24.I spoke with the GM Earrich, he was little to no help...he obviously has no management skill with his employees because their actions while he is present shows lack of respect. Then he tried to get me not to complain. Nope, I'm going all the way because her actions were utterly disrespectful.

Always trying to find a Pilot or all Flying J do I have a discount card for gas I never now get a free coffee out of the deal as well. The more of these that I visit the more I realize there are about three different models with the company uses this applies to the floor plan the size of the establishment exedra it does not apply however to the amount of tractor trailer parking and pumps which vary widely from one location to the next.

Deli/roller grill options available and a Wendy's restaurant on site. The three staff members I interacted with were all polite and professional. This location sells alcohol. The drivers lounge has two massage chairs, seating, and small tables to use which I like a lot. Lots of outlets in the drivers lounge too. Laundry facilities on site here too.

Stopped here to gas up. Very clean restrooms and super friendly staff. They let me use a private bathroom with shower when the women's restroom was busy being cleaned. I've never seen a shower room before at a truck stop...but these were super clean!

I really appreciate Mandy for rolling up her sleeves and wiping out the two washers that had pet hair all in them!!! That’s what I call above and beyond!!! The only complaint I have is the employee sitting at the folding table for 2 hours now like you guys don’t have a break room, I would’ve like to fold my clothes b4 going to my truck!!! But I won’t spoil the 5 stars I gave for Mandy!!

CLEAN BATHROOMS! Well-supplied and well-maintained, especially for a truck stop. Great pit stop for the whole family! And the bathrooms are huge, so no waiting.

I must say this is one truck stop but I recommend to everyone it is extremely comfortable and parking a big area for resting parking is very accessible and big you have food and you have a Wendy's inside they got a good shower and pizza and hot dogs and of course you everyday food stand or one that wants to come here I definitely recommend this place if you want to do a long rest or short one

Awful radio choice. NOT family friendly. Dropping F bombs and S-wordd all over the place. A gentle complaint was met with indifference, apathy, and a lack of ownership to resolve the issue.There's other choices right across the interstate. Take your family there.

This place stinks 😩 !! No it actually smells and I'm not just talking about in the restrooms. Also the manager on duty was a nutcase. He went after this customer. The customer only had left the house laying on the island concrete above the drive-thru portion and on his side. He had a disability and was having trouble with the pump working properly. I heard him say he had gone to other pumps. The manager on duty a bigger guy said terrible things. I will not repeat them. The handicapped person got away from the manager and left. When I drove away I saw him talking with the 🚨🚨. It looked like he was the one that called them.

No food at all if you are here in the early am. Some of us drivers have to work all night so no chance for something quick to get you back on the road. Y’all still using covid as an excuse. I call it pure damn laziness. Oh and throwing everyone to the self checkout. Just another way for people to steal and others to be lazy. Call it saving money all you want. Just making prices go up for the people that actually pay for their items the honest way. Here for the drivers right. Nah

⭐️ ⭐️ 😊 Nice lady, with glasses that I believe was a manger around 6:30 am was so kind this morning!!! Other lady said Hello to us as well when we came in....But the younger one with brown hair was completely RUDE when asking for help with the self checkout for Dunkin' coffee, another guy asked for change she ignored him walked off, so he had to go to the manger and ask. She doesn't like her job and makes the good vibe go down. All the other employees were super nice

Zero stars! Investors beware! The business model of making customers ring their own own goods does not work! No registers open to ring customers therefore no sale. This is not because of a power failure. It is due to corporate insistence that self checkouts be utilized. Well not by me. I don't work for pilot flying j. I will continue to expose the establishments that want customers to work for free. I also will not be fueling at this location again. You have employees to ring up customers.....

PILOT! PILOT! Do I have your attention? I hope so.Please note that "NEW AND IMPROVED" is NOT necessarily better than what you had before.For example:Those newfangled "self-check-out" machines. Your cashiers are PUSHING customers at them so hard, they can't seem to know how to run their own registers anymore. Things were MUCH better when a customer was able to pay and receive change from a HUMAN BEING through a cash register. This "IMpersonal" approach you folks are taking is certainly a good way to lose long term customers such as myself. Been frequenting your establishment off and on for over 25 years. The machines might be good for YOUR pocketbook, but they certainly DETRACT from customer relations...maybe someone needs to get their priorities straight.
