Don't come in the last 30 minutes of store closing for a quick stop. They staff reminds you how unhappy they are about it even if you are grabbing a couple bags of feed and need no help except check out. We notice most outside products aren't put anymore either. They only have super sacks if food 1 per week on Friday and she said no reservations. Again seemed annoyed. Never was like that before.

Love places like this. And though it is to serve farm and ranch hands, if you spend a regular amount of time out doors you need to go there. You will be amazed if you have not been before

Got what I needed. Not the store it use to be. Several employees not a single one offered me any help. They use to have excellent customer. I don't like to shop there unless I need something and dont want to drive.

Good place to get feed or some lawn equipment (good selection of Stihl products). Nice customer service.Update: I'm a regular and this is still my go-to place for feed and supplies.

Extremely rude. Cant do simple math. Made a purchase in the amount of 10.26. Gave her 50.26 after staring at the cash register for 2 minutes i said please give me 40 dollars she was still fumbling with change. I said maam i dont want change i want 40 dollars and thats why i gave you the 26 cents. Then she said she couldnt pay attention because i wouldnt shut up. I said how much attention do you need to subtract 10.26 from 50.26. She kept being rude. I asked for manager and she said she was it. I said great a store manager that cant do basic math. I got in my car and she followed me all the way to my car still mouthing off lowering her head like she was about to come in the window. I said a..hole you better get away from me.then she said she would have the police there in 2 minutes and looked at my plates. What a joke. Call the police for what. I was in my car and she followed me out... Lets see the camera footage

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-EVER. My husband stopped in there to give the “little guy” business vs going to Lowe’s or Buchheits. He bought a 300+ dollar weed eater and after getting home with it there was a part missing. Considering time was of the essence for him that day and he needed to use the weed eater “that day“ he drove 35 miles back down there to get the missing part so it could be used. When he got there he was told that they could order the part and it would take about a week. He told them that he couldn’t wait a week and that he would have to return it. They refused to allow him to return the weedeater. It had never been used. He bought it that day. The return policy on the receipt only specified emergency equipment that can’t be returned. Needless to say we won’t be going back and I warn any of you reading this to consider the outcome of shopping at a place like this.

Crappy customer service. I got the wrong part but can't find the receipt so they said I am just out the $60.00. Considering I spend $200-$300 a month in there and the fact it has their label on it would be enough. Called David the manager he said he will make it right. The Farmington store is always way better and friendly.

Just go to Farmington this place can’t ever seem to have it together. I live here in Bonne Terre and tried like crazy to give them a chance but they always seem to say that can’t get good help. Same excuse for the lest 5 years. Just save yourself a headache and go to Farmington. This is the first store I’ve been to that don’t like to make money

Great place to shop, and they probably have what you were looking for! I'll you have to do is ask for help and you will get it! Many great customer service associates to help you find what you're looking for and a great inventory to choose from! If they don't have what you're looking for, they can probably order it for you!

Free popcorn adds a star. (Way better than Rural Kings Popcorn btw) Prices are a bit high, but some of the items they sell can only be purchased here, like the horse and cattle medicine.

I came into the Bonne Terre store to get some bar bait for field mice and bought the wrong thing.then was informed i could not get my money back.all i did was walk outside.was told all sales are final no refunds.im very upset over this.i will not shop here again.
