Bryant restoration was an ease to do business with. They were prompt with their response and bid to remedy a mold issue in my home. I was informed of the necessities to fix the issue without being offered unnecessary things to add to the expense. Bryant Restoration was at my house the day after I had a major water problem. They immediately went to work cleaning up the water and organizing the clean up. So pleasant to work with and Reggie kept me up to date on what was going on and kept things going for a quick clean up. It was a horrible thing to happen but Reggie definitely made it “pleasant” ! He is so professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Bryant Restoration to everyone that needs help in a bad situation. Professionals start to finish!!

Bought a house and the first thing that happened when I turned the electricity on was the water heater broke and flooded the entire first floor. Reggie and his guys showed up within an hour and immediately got the water up, tore down the soaked wallboard, carpet, cabinets, etc... Friendly people and they didn't waste any time.Unfortunately, I went with another company my insurance recommended for redoing the interior because they were a bit cheaper. Long story short, it's been months and they haven't even started. Go with Bryant Restoration, they don't B.S.

I highly recommend Bryant Restoration!!! We had a pipe burst in our basement and it flooded the entire basement before we even knew it!! Within 20 minutes of calling Reggie w/ Bryant Restoration, he was on his way to help!!! They are very professional and they got everything finished as quickly as possible! They came in, assessed the damage, wrote up an estimate, and quickly got in touch with my insurance adjuster. When they started the restoration, they were diligent in their work. If a problem arose, they came to me and we figured it out as a team. I'm a pretty picky person and they took the very minuscule issues I had and made it perfect.Take it from someone who has had a terrible contractor before, Reggie, Caleb, and Joe were fantastic to work with. Bryant Restoration is responsive, professional, and thorough. We had a pipe burst in one of our church buildings and decided to call them. Within a few hours, Reggie was on site to evaluate the situation. At 7:00 the next morning, the crew was on site and work began. They monitored the subcontractors closely and kept things on schedule in order to get us back in the building as soon as possible. They were easy to deal with throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I hope we don't ever have the need to use them again, but certainly would if the situation presented itself. Highly recommend!

We rent storage containers to Bryant, and we have found they get the job done almost too quickly, and don't rent the containers long enough! :) But in all seriousness, when a pipe breaks, or a fire happens, they are onsite ASAP to get the restoration process underway.
