Pleasantly surprised by the state of the store. It's no longer dilapidated like the previous businesses were. The magnitude of choices of products is astonishing. Way more selection than Walmart has. Meat prices were absolutely amazing. Definitely will be coming back here.

Great meat pricing if you buy in bulk.Seem to have more varieties on a few things compared to other stores in area. Would love to see a larger produce section, with more varieties. Love way store is laid out. Items easily found.

02/21/2024 first review. My daughter and I enjoyed browsing the store.I had a good store trip until checkout. It went south from there on.02/23/2024 I don't use Facebook messenger anymore. I have been off Facebook and messenger forover four years now.

Great store. Lots of things to choose from. Just like a mini Walmart or dollar general without the clothes option. Wonderful prices.

You definitely get your money's worth, I only do my grocery shopping here now. They have everything the other stores offer, but at a better price, the store is clean, and the employees are helpful and friendly. Believe me, you shop here once, you won't want to go anywhere else

It's the same Ole store. There isn't a deli anymore for a quick lunch or breakfast. The meat prices at the moment are fantastic. If nothing else go stock up on meat. I do like the personalized service of a Butcher or someone there to cut meat to your specifics. It's a good store.

First time in the store, simple easy to shop layout, great prices ( especially on ground beef and whole cut meats). Friendly staff and quick responses on propane exchange the cheaper compared to Walmart Dollar general and other stores.

Strange place to me. Maybe it's my issues. It's really dark in there. It feels like I'm in a cavern or something. There's plenty of room for carts down the aisles. That's the big positive of the place.*EDIT* It was not 10Box Cost Plus when I left the original review. I have no knowledge of the current store. If it changed, i apologize. My review was based on my visit to the store that had a different name. New management or sold out and a completely different chain is at that location? I don't know? I've never heard of a store called 10box cost plus. I believe it was a Harps when I went in.

Awesome prices! Save money go here instead of Walmart. Most items are almost pre covid prices even with the 10% added on at checkout... and if they dont have the certain things you usually get you still have money left in your pocket to get it somewhere else. Employees are very nice and helpful. They even know where things are in the store! Definitely shopping here first before anywhere else.

New location in Bonne Terre. Great local staff and good manager Jennifer keep it well stocked and helpful. They always have good produce and meat. Miss their deli area.

I just LOVE to shop at 10Box. Workers are helpful and kind. Meats look great. Produce is nice and fresh. Can't beat the prices anywhere. Look out Wal-mart and Save A Lot Good ole 10 Box is here now.

I really enjoy their freshly made salads from the deli section. I enjoy them for lunch at work quite often. Also thank you for getting better varieties of fresh produce and other liked items lately. That was before the store changed. I love the new store. Great produce prices too.But no deli

The prices on groceries are fair. The store is set up a bit weird in my opinion , the fresh produce is in the center of the store , but I like it 😎

Good clean grocery store. There are some pretty good deals here if you buy the weekly specials. Other than that, most items are the same price as Harps, who owns 10Box Cost Plus. There are cheaper options. But because of Bidenflation/ Bidenomics, everything is sky high. Are you better off now than you were 4 years ago?

I am a regular shopper at Walmart but some acquaintances told us about it so we thought we'd give it a look-see. The items that we regularly purchase from Walmart are the exact same prices. Case in point. Today we purchased Eggland's Best Eggs. On the Walmart App, the In-Store price was exactly the same as 10Box. Sargento Cheese is something we purchase regularly at Walmart. Today at 10Box it was $1 higher than the In-Store price at Walmart. The KRAFT on the other hand was the same price. So it all depends on you're outlook. At Walmart there are items that we save a certain amount of money on when purchased. 10Box has a similar savings plan. I'm not sure how comparable 10Box Next Choice items are to the Great Value/Sam's Choice items in Walmart. We didn't look at any meats or poultry as our freezer is at it's limit, so I have nothing there as of yet. At this point my suggestion is, compare where you normally shop to Item's in 10Box to see if it's worth the jump and the trip. For us, the trip is around 30 miles. While the store is nice, large and clean, we couldn't see a significant savings for us.

This has to be the most asinine marketing strategy I've ever seen. When you check out they add 10% to your prices! Just put the real prices on the shelves!!! This concept is to mislead and confuse, especially the elderly.

Check the dates on everything. A lot of stuff is almost expired or months past the sell by date. Much of this is old stock from that was left on the shelves after Ten Box bought out the store.

Low prices includes a deli, bakery and hot food to go or dine in. They have an excellent pharmacy that cares about their customers and also have kind courteous service. 👍[EDIT] This store is now called 10box, it's much better than the previous "Harps" they have a wide selection of products including a great meat department at a good price. Keep up the good work! 👍

This is the first time I've been in this store since it changed to the current company. The cashier was amazing. She was very friendly, maintained eye contact, was very thorough and very helpful in making sure I had all of my bags and that I was able to make it out carrying my bags since silly me didn't grab a cart because I was only supposed to grab a few things. I think her name is Laura, an older lady with dark hair and a big smile. She definitely made our visit a pleasant experience. If she is the role model and indication of the employee standard at harp's we will absolutely return to that location because we sure were impressed with her going above and beyond!

Always a positive experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for years, I'll warn you the prices are not Walmart prices, but I assure you that the merchandise is quality merchandise. Their deli, bakery and meat departments are better quality than competitors. And the store is always phenomenally clean. Thank you!!

Worst meat out of any grocery store. Walk through there all the meats turning grey. Bought two pork shoulders yesterday to smoke on feb 5th. Opened them up and they smelt god awful and use or freeze date listed was Jan 12.

Great experience for 1st time customer. I was looking for 2 products and an employee actually took me through the store to show me where they were. Such nice service that way instead of being told, "Isle 5" and then still hunting. I will be shopping here from now on. Oh, and the deli food looked/smelled so good, I am going to have to have some.

Based simply off prices I'm not a Harps fan. As far as store set up and customer service they are good. In stocks looked great. And the deli is well stocked and has great tasting fresh foods. Ready to go. Once again their prices keep them at 3 stars with me.
