Easy to order online. Personal shoppers don't always pick very fresh vegetables. Constantly receive items that are well past being edible. Obviously wilted greens and dairy products at or close to expiration.I might try it again sometime. So far they are 0-4.P.S. they were very polite.Tried their App again a few times more for curbside pickup. Ever since we had to call because of incorrect or spoiled items every order now has problems. Always something missing or severely damaged. Multiple times we received items that we didn't order and was told that the skew had been reassigned to a different product, that's how they gave us the wrong items. It was still a struggle to get credit for these things. This last order my wife picked up and several items were missing adding up to $20-25 . Immediately called the store. Lady that answered said the manager pulled the order. I don't doubt that he helped but guarantee that he didn't stand watch over it as we headed in to pick it up. He also wasn't the only one to load it as my wife said there were 3-4 employees and they had to go back inside because of forgotten items. But they say somehow they didn't forget anything?Employees definitely seem upset that we complained and appear to be taking it out on us. Posted is a picture of an item we received that they say was perfect when pulled.

I ordered online, and it was extremely easy. When I looked at the add I just clicked on the item I wanted, and it was added to my cart. The best experience was when they were shopping for my items. She was texting me the whole time and asking me about replacement items. She suggested other items and made sure I was able to get everything I ordered. She was fantastic!

I called and asked about boxes on a Tuesday. I was told if I called the next morning I could have some saved for me. I called the next morning and was told that was wrong. It was first come first serve, and there was nothing they could do about saving boxes. I came in at 2pm. I couldn't find anyone to help me. I found a meat department worker who check the back room and said they already broke down all their boxes. He, then, said he could leave a note and see about saving me boxes.I'm very frustrated with the lack of care in their customer service. I was told different things by different employees (after I was put on hold to get those answers.) Once I got there I couldn't find almost anyone to help me. Then, I got the same (wrong) answer I received in the first place. I understand boxes being broke down to keep a clean work environment, but I called multiple times and even left messages for a different department. It doesn't hurt anyone to hold on to boxes so maybe someone could use them, especially when you knew in advance.I don't want to sound entitled but I shop at woods for their supposed superior customer service but it never feels like I get it when I need it.

First time going here very nice girl put initials on a small cake... she wasn't working in the bakery but she was willing to give it a try... ty. the girl at the register was very friendly an helpful as well.

I don't shop there a lot. It's a very clean and organized store . They usually have what you're looking for. Just a little more expensive because they're a small grocery store.

The chicken strips from Wood’s cafe were delicious! The store is clean, has nice staff, and is well organized.There is a snow cone truck in the parking lot (not owned by Woods).

I realize that a lot of people in Bolivar have not many choices for a place to get groceries. This Woods location has higher prices than anywhere in town. You have more self check lines than checkers. When they have something on their sales add, they just happen to be out. Highest produce prices and highest meat prices in town. It wasn't always this way but over the past two years this location has gone down in flames

They are a bit more expensive, but the meat and produce in particular are better than other places I've shopped in Bolivar. The shopping experience is always better too. Friendly, helpful staff. And there are the rewards that help curb the prices. I love the '4 for' and '5 for' produce deals (can't remember exact dollar amounts and don't wanna accidentally lie). I also love not having to deal with the chaos of all the people at some of the other stores.

I used to shop here like clockwork... but now I only shop their ad sales. They've done away with having their meat cutters on hand... therfore their meat department is not good at all. Such a shame, in the past i was more than happy to pat slightly higher price per pound and get the cuts I wanted.. now... there aren't any options.MISS THEIR 10LB MEAT SALES!!!!!!!!

It's just okay. Prices are not competitive with Walmart. Staff are definitely more accommodating than Walmart or a big box type store. Based on prices and products, I likely won't go often.

Always very friendly. Produce always looks so nice and there deli case is always hot and fresh. Liquor dept is big for a grocery store and the guy in there is very knowledgeable.

This local grocer does a fantastic job. I normally use curbside pick up and I love it. I am able to choose my substitutes prior to placing my order. Even with supply chain issues largely affecting consumables, I can normally find what I need. But, today there were several out of stocks. Heather phoned me and actually walked to dairy and the freezer to tell me what Wood’s did have to help me with my order. Unbelievable service! Wonderful deli and bakery. They are a bit pricier, but their ad sales are great. Thank you, Wood’s for keeping a clean store and cashiers available for inside purchases.

The prices of food are ridiculous! This is the only grocery store within El Dorado Springs Mo and this owner takes advantage of it he price gouges the whole community it's sad! I drive to Carneys Grocery store in Osceola Missouri which is 23 miles from my home just so I don't support the prices they charge. Unfortunately a lot of people in ElDorado don't have this choice due to the inability to drive so far. Shame on you Woods Grocery 😔

I ran in the Bolivar store to grab a few groceries for my 91 year old mother. Had I not been there, she could never have self checked out her food. I was told they are only self check out now. I was stunned and told the one employee, who was watching the self check out lines, that I was appalled that they hadchosen to do this. The elderly and disabled can not run an electric cart or wheelchair and do self check out. Mom has shopped here for 60 years. She will not be back again. Mr. Woods, you are doing a great disservice to your elderly community. I think Don Sr. would dislike your new business moto. Perhaps you're having financial difficulties, but you just lost the majority of your shoppers by doing this, and your financial troubles have just been multiplied by your actions.An update: As of August, there is a check out person to help along with the self check out lines. This is greatly appreciated and for what it's worth. Thank you!

This store is very clean and the staff quite helpful unlike the store up the street with a name that starts with W. Though the prices are a bit higher, you will find a good selection, employees to help and they even have plenty of checkers to take your money, bag your purchases and help you load out if needed. They have a gas rewards program that helps offset the higher prices of the groceries. We love this place

Use to shop there at times and they had fantastic deals on food products. Shame haven't been in there in some time but we did stop out front and had some shaved ice wow was fantastic and the 3.00 small one wow believe it or not was a lot the little lady was a fantastic server and also very nice thanks again hon . We will be stopping by again. And for all you haven't had the shaved ice in front of woods please try it . It's worth it very good the girl really made us happy and sure they will make you happy as well .. q
