If I could leave zero stars I would. $47.99 for a 1/4" router bit. Under $25 in Springfield. Manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Bits were in the wrong spots so prices were labeled wrong. Stay away from this place. PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS!!! Employees are nowhere to be found.

This store has a large selection of items, although their prices seem to be higher than elsewhere. I took some paint in to have it shaken in the machine, which I was thankful they were willing to do since I brought my own in. The young boy who helped me shook the first two cans with no issue, but on the last one he opened the protective cover to the machine while it was still shaking (maybe he was impatient, maybe he thought it was done, I don't know) and the paint handle had punctured the side of the can and paint sprayed all over the place, including all over my brand new jeans (I budget strictly and had just purchased these jeans, needing them to last quite awhile). I fully accept that accidents happen, but what I will say is this: he made zero acknowledgement that his customer now had paint all over her, or that he made a mistake by opening the lid too soon. He wouldn't look me in the eye, wouldn't talk to me, just wiped the can off and put it in a bag ( upon my request) and then in a box. He requested a paint clean up, conversed with his coworker and made mention that was his third paint spill that week, something they then laughed about while I stood there covered in paint. An apology would have been nice. Anything but ignoring me like it was somehow my fault would have been appropriate. I was disappointed in how he handled the situation and this will affect whether I return to this store for future business.

Ill start by saying that I have had several great expetiences here. However, today 2 employees went out of their way to aviid contact with me and then told me they didnt carry what i was looking for despite it showing in stock for pickup. Well I found it but im going to go somewhere more helpful to buy it.

This could be a better store. You can wonder up and down the iles for an hour and no one will ask to help you out. Half the time I just walk out for that reason.

I went into ACE last Sunday with questions about what I needed for my project. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed for my project but after Mason helped me figure out everything I needed, the project went smoothly and turned out AMAZING! I couldn’t have done it without Mason! Beyond happy that you employ such amazing workers like Mason

First off, the young man cashier was very good, selection is good. Negative rating due to absence of floor staff and if you find one they just tell you where to go?? Most ace stores go out of their way to help as soon as you enter the store. This has happened multiple times at this location. Step it up management!!

The store is well stock with great variety. Very much your typical Ace Hardware.The problem being in the particular staff and their inability to keep their work frustration out of earshot of customers.I asked what appeared to be a manager for assistance cutting chain. Instead of helping me he called a cashier to help me. She must have worked at the local Walmart because what should have taken 30 seconds to arrive took about 10 minutes. All the while the fellow who called her stood in the exact same isle twiddling his thumbs feigning frustration.When the lady was finally able to help me I had to listen to her angry grunts and moans because she had to do so.I'll be avoiding this place in the future. I haven't had these problems at Tractor Supply.

Great selection. Very rude staff. A girl and guy (employees) were at the register talking about other customers. I am sure of this because I heard the descriptionand "the man with the red hat) was standing across the store. They didn't realize I walked up to ask a question. Very gross behavior and the things they were saying were very unkind. They stopped when I cleared my throat to ask a question but as I walked away started laughing loudly.

Love this store but the staff is terrible, always. Shop there regularly and will continue. Just wish they had better customer service.Update a few months later. Still has the worst customer service ever. Employees will literally walk down an aisle just to avoid people. No clue of what they're doing. Never ask for advice because they don't know anything about what they're selling.

They have awesome sales! Their rewards program adds extra bonuses. My husband gets notifications when there is a special deal in which I probably wouldn't know about.

Clean store. No workers to help you. When you are disabled and have to walk the whole store it is a little hard would be nice if someone could tell you where things are. The two girls at the front were a little to busy talking with each other no time for customers.

I am grateful that I have a store within a reasonable driving distance from me. The paint department is always my #1 reason for visiting but the wide variety of hardware for furniture and the prices on tools and materials allow me to confidently offer custom built furnishings to my own clients.

First time visiting here. Nice selection of stuff! But when employees are on cell phones and it's like you are bugging them with a question kinda puts sour taste about the place

The help was good had sales but still a little pricey but it was a smaller town and you do tend to find that. I bought a plastic floor mat had the spikes on bottom to grab so it wouldn't slide but it does and so thin it fast became useless for the perpice bought it for & what it was made for! What a waste of 7 bucks, now does small towns let you return products that don't perform their job 🙄 as others do ? Tune in next week when I head that way to see.Just wanted What I paid for to do its job and this one didn't others I've bought had.
