I did a pick up order there today was told there was no helium tanks went into the store...There was helium tanks. I also got a graduation card from pickup delivery with no envelope. I paid six dollars for this card and now can't use it. I live an hour away so i'm not gonna drive another 2 hour trip for a damn envelope.

It's very convenient to run in, get your items, get out. Very rarely a crowd or wait in a line. I've never had a rude cashier.

Very amazing products, very cheap I mean like it was amazing. I got Buffalo chicken and it was sooo saucy, I mean I love it. Thank you walmart for bring a smile to my face!!!

So, it's Walmart. Better prices than most places. A good selection of almost anything you need. Convenient curbside pickup is available, which is normally what I do. I will say they don't have the best clothing selection for women. But my biggest complaint is that produce is often bad. I have received rotten apples, onions, and potatoes. They will refund your money, but that doesn't help if you needed it for a meal you planned.

Good prices and good inventory for the most part. The problems arise when you order curbside. Almost 100% of the time there is a problem with the order. Problems you're not likely to notice until you get home. Always something damaged or broken completely. And I would not ever buy groceries for a curb side pickup. Almost every time we get damaged food that seems like someone tampered with it. Eggs that look like someone put there finger through them, several out of each package. Jars and food packaging that was obviously opened. Expired and rotten food, etc. This has happened too often for it not to be linked to mismanagement and kids that think it's funny.

Employees women starting a family like criminals whenever they come in for a pregnancy test. I understand that that may be a hot commodity for thefts, but to be treated like one is insulting. I had to wait to get the door unlocked, I had to talk about A Private matter with a complete stranger, and then I was told I was not trusted and my product would be at customer service. I could not even hold the item while waiting to check out, that had to be done by a worker as well. Many women who are starting families are excited at the prospect of what this test could say, and yet we are being treated like criminals. I'm willing to bet you don't do that for the men coming in to buy condoms.

Super tired after driving 3 days straight...No rest areas on highway 13/49 N for hundreds of miles (in Missouri). My wife directs me to Walmart as I'm about to fall asleep. I arrive and jump into the back of the truck to sleep only to hear a voice telling me Walmart no longer allows you to park and rest in the back of their parking lots. I asked when that changed and explained that I slept the prior night at a Walmart. He explains it's been many years... and his manager is very strict about not allowing people to rest in the parking lot. He gives me directions to a " bullseye" truck stop. Keep in mind I'm extremely tired. I google bullseye truck stops and the nearest one is 30-40 miles away. It turns out BreakTime was the name of the truck stop. I arrive and there are no available spaces. I suppose the Bolivar Walmart manager would rather an extremely tired driver be on the road and a risk to himself and others than to take up two vacant parking spaces in an otherwise very empty parking lot...

1 star is too much,from spoiled foods to bugs in foods its ridiculous!Customers get treated like garbage, if I'm checking myself out I shouldn't have to show a receipt,I also shouldn't have someone BULLY me to do it,have a cashier in all the aisles and there would be no need to do that

Before anything else, I want to clarify that I understand that not all Walmart stores are the same. However, going to this particular Walmart is slightly frustrating for me. I have never seen a Walmart set up like this before, and it can definitely be confusing for first-time customers. The store layout is such that you may need to walk around a few times to find the items you are looking for.As for the service, it's generally good, but I have encountered some people who were new and inexperienced. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but there was one instance where I needed assistance, and even the manager who came to help didn't know what to do. Fortunately, I had worked in several departments at Walmart before, so I was able to explain exactly what I needed.I understand that new employees need time to learn and train, but I do hope that the store's operations will improve soon. It was a bit frustrating to see five employees at a register just to print a slip. THIS WALMART DOES NOT SELL TOBACO PRODUCTS just so your not blindsided as I was

Wall Mart in general treats it's customers like trash. Fix your broken carts or take out if service, if you want to see my receipt than check me out, you out in self ck outs but only half open so people wait in line to ck out themselves.

A lady that was ahead of me in line today had forgot one of her bags there earlier. She returned in hopes of picking it up. With very little effort spent (2 locations checked for a total of a minute and a half) looking for her bag they literally told her sorry, we can't help you. ..these were items she had purchased, and they told her they couldn't do anything to get those items back for her. I have never seen a Walmart do so little to ensure customer satisfaction. She needed help locating product that belong to her and they simply said we can't help you. They didn't offer her a number to call, they didn't take down her number, they didn't tell her how to go about getting her items they didn't look up her reciept. She bought stuff that she will never get back nor her money back for. I have never seen a store lack so much customer service skills necessary for retail.

They seem to not like cats because they don't carry the Fresh Pet cat food. Just like any other Walmart that has overran the smaller stores, you pay high prices when it used to be "Low prices everyday, always"! Not anymore! They raise prices throughout the store, not just in the makeup or electronics section, and say it's because of shoplifting. You have to hunt for what you want and they are usually out. What am I going to say here that anyone who has been to Walmart before isn't going to know?

If you need to buy alcohol do not come to Walmart. They won’t sell it to you if everyone with you isn’t 21, even tho it’s not for them and they aren’t buying it. The manager and staff was so rude when I tired to argue about it cause the policy doesn’t make sense at all. Good luck to parents with teenagers with them. They will refuse to sell it to you.

The young woman in automotive super friendly and helpful was able to get the information to get the right parts for an older Dodge pickup truck since the book only goes to 1999. Definitely would recommend Bolivar Walmart over North Springfield any day. Today called the operator at this Walmart she was super helpful aswell was the cashier and the young woman who opened the cabinet

This is a nice super center. I have found the best time to go for me is early Saturday morning. Not crowded at all. The bakery has a great selection of fresh baked goodies. My mom loves the cinnamon rolls. Fresh produce is okay. I wish they had a larger selection of organic fruit like grapefruit and oranges. The only thing I don't like is there is not enough real cashiers. I refuse to use self checkout.

The pickup scheduling is ridiculous why are you scheduling pickup when you can just tell them to pick it up in a day give them a number to tell you what if somebody needs something and they can't get to Walmart like I'm at work right now and I need something and I can't leave but then you got people that just don't want to go in or go to the store and shop their themselves it's ridiculous I don't think there should be scheduled timings for pickup or delivery honestly

I don't like going to Walmart, but my wife insists. I get tired of the general rudeness and stupidity that goes on in these stores. Nothing major happened today, but the store order fillers still hog the road. Go at your own risk. I noticed that half of the self checkout stations were closed and this caused a line of people waiting for one to become free. People are willing to do it themselves and the equipment is there, why not put it to use. I declined to use self checkout and didn't have to wait. The receipt cop at the exit declined to stop me, as well.

I wonder what happened to customer service? I checked out in Walmart super today and this young, young lady with a nose piercing and tattoos and different colored hair stood there with her arms quote while I took every single bag off the spinner bar and she left the bag of dog food on the belt. Not even putting it on the spinner bag holder for me. I am 63 and she is how old? When I took a bit longer than what she thought I needed, she started ringing up the gentleman behind me. How rude is that? Does she not realize without us there'd be no her need to come into work? I seriously doubt that anyone actually cares about customer service, but just in case the reference number was3224-00899725

Every time we go get a tire rotation they refuse. Last time it was wire was showing. We took it home and looked. No wire showing. Second time, after new tires and about 7k on them, they said wire was showing. We said no we just bought them. They then said cuz back tires have pavement slap on them cuz of the uneven roads. So we have had to buy tires more often, cuz our free rotations are never done.

Very rude and impatient my 75 year old grandma went there today and wasn't even outside 10 minutes getting her wallet and they put her CART FULL OF GROCERIES away. She is 75 years old and can barely walk properly they should have waited or even sent someone outside to see if they could see her. And not to mention when you call human resources they don't even pick up.
