The kid came out and verified who I was before bringing out my order. Was very polite. And made sure my bread was placed on top of my the bags he placed in my car.

We love Walmart grocery pickup! It is so easy to just start your list and keep adding to it until you're ready to go to the store. It is super easy you just pick a time and then they get your order ready. The guy yesterday was so sweet he even gave me a rose. Evidently they were giving all of the pickup customers flowers. I just thought it was very sweet!

I appreciate Walmart pickup but the new policy for substitutions is at the customers' expense so it appears they now want to forget about customer service and I pay for Walmart Plus. I also resent paying for Plus when every item possible to ship is not available. I have to have $35 worth of groceries for pick up even though I have Walmart Plus. Not very happy and there will be less stars next time.

I get groceries from here several times a week. They are always efficient, always have my order correct, and are kind and go out of their way to make it a great experience. I was nervous about doing it the first time but now it's the only way I shop. Great Job!!!

Thank God for pick up. Most days I don't have the physical ability, the mental acuity or the emotional stability to deal with going inside that place. Besides, I spend a lot less with pick up because I'm only buying what I need. Not temptation items. Enjoy the convenience.
