The Bolivar store has done my prescriptions for years now. It seems like a small town family drug store. Pharmacy staff is always helpful and smiling no matter how grumpy the customers are. Makes me feel good when I can put a smile on their faces.The store itself is also staffed with great people. Store is always clean. Great store

Completely unprofessional. Set expectations my child's medication would be ready in a few minutes, forty minutes later I'm still waiting with no updates while people have received their medications that showed up AFTER me. Take your business elsewhere, this place is a JOKE of a pharmacy.

It’s pretty low budget when a customer calls in and asks how long it will be until their prescription is ready and you tell them a hour and then you hung up the phone and said oh it’ll be ready in 5.5 seconds but I told them a hour. Wow that is low budget.

If you call and get someone from the pharmacy don't expect them to give you the status of your meds. Don't expect them to give you to he name of what meds are ready. Expect attitude. Even though I've been able to call every month for years. I guess today someone just is on a power trip. Thanks Amanda!

Not only is this place slower than congress, but my script was transferred from bolivar drug, and my copay was double. My girlfriend was charged double also.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, stuck in the line, and turns out they were just ignoring the line wrapped around the building and helping people inside only. No excuse. Never ended up getting it. Will switch to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used, I've changed over all but one of my prescriptions and I'll be switching it over too! Also expect them to screw things up on a regular basis!

We did the check in this morning when the dr sent my wife the text that said she sent the prescription in and they still didn't have it ready. We did the check in at 10 am and it said they had an available time to pick it up at 12 so we chose 12. It said it was sent to the pharmacist to get ready and would be ready at 12 for an easy pick up at the drive thru. Well 12 came around and they still said it's not ready. It was 12:30 before we even had 1 of the items we had check in. We had 3 items in all. The guy was running around like he didn't even know what he was looking for. What's the point of saying you will have the items ready at a certain time if you won't have them ready...?

If I could give negative star's, I would. This pharmacy is HORRIBLE. Almost every month it's a fight to get the right script for my son and I, before we run out. They give you a partial order and forget that they only did a partial. They charged my insurance before I even picked up my script which made it impossible to get it filled elsewhere. Horrible place!

I thought cmh pharmacy was bad well this is worse. Ask countless times to have my meds put on auto refill not done all my meds are so strung out meaning 3 one week then 2 meds ready the next and if you were paying for attitude you would have to be a millionaire.

I have been on the same medications for 2 years but every month when I go to fill it they are always out of stock. They say I'm the only one on this medication. Why can't they keep in stock? I think it is time to change pharmacies to one that can keep my medication in stock.

If you use the drive-thru remember two things 1)bring a book, preferably a novel, short story won't hold up, and 2) pack a lunch, at least two course, snacks won't tide you over during the wait.

I've been a customer of Walgreen's for years. When I come to the drive thru I dont know why. 90% of the time I wait at least 30 minutes and has been as long as 45 minutes. Totally frustrating.

Went to the dr and got three prescriptions. They were sent electronically to Walgreens. I gave them over an hour to fill them. When I tried to pick them up they hadn’t even started filling them because my insurance info was wrong. (I got a new prescription card from my employer). They could have filled them and straightened out the insurance card when I got there. So I have to wait another 20 mins to get them filled. This is why I don’t use Walgreens. It ALWAYS takes forever to fill prescriptions. They only reason I used them this time was because my normal pharmacy was already closed.

True to what we have found in Walgreens from State to State, Bolivar's Walgreens has a wonderful group of people working here. Perscriptions are always ready on time and everyone is very kind and helpful. Thank you Bolivar Walgreen's. Keep up your excellent work!

8 people working in the pharmacy. Line backed up to photo 1 register going. Go through drive wait for 15 mins to get to window with a sign window closed for a system update at 3 in the afternoon.

The drive thru is always so packed in my personal opinion if they won't make people go around when they have to wait they should have to have handicap plates or a placard to use the drive-thru its rediculous that someone who cant just go inside should have to wait 30 min in line because other people are inconsiderate...
