Convenience is the only reason I will return. Poor service. There were several employees but one working checkout. The line had 3 in front of me and many behind. The folks in front had many items and lots of questions and price checking. As I made it to second in line, after over 15 mins of waiting, they opened another register and started pulling people from the back of the line I was in. Very poor service. And not the first time for long checkout lines and only one register open. Overpriced mostly, but by the time you factor in driving to Springfield.

This was a very very nice store. It was very clean inside and outside it was also very organized. There are lots of choices for lots of different things that you may have from garden to shoes and boots to tires to anything that you could use on the farm. The staff was very nice and I was very impressed by how helpful they were.

Bought an air compressor from them. The air compressor was faulty. Josh was great. Instead of trying to replace the air compressor with the same one I decided to go with the 30 gallon gas model. It was a little low on pump oil from the factory so they hooked me up with some at no extra cost to me. Tractor supply has earned my business for life. I will get another compressor from them in the future. There was another guy there helping as well but I can't remember his name. Terrible with names.

Good place. Great product's.The only problem I have regularly, TSC app will not let store know your there for pick-up. Just buffers.... real irritating.Everything I have shopped for online has been in stock.Would like it if you could actually track your package, a bit inconvenient.

I went to use the Pet Station (dog wash) and it was so filthy. It was actually disgusting. The man at the register handed me TWO hand towels to dry my 70 lb Bassett off with and pointed where to go. I had to walk all the way to the front to let him know that I needed help with my dog in tow. Waited and waited and no one ever came to help. I left without the bath and still feel that my dog was cleaner than that place

“No good deed goes unpunished”. Truer words where never spoken at the Tractor Supply today. Upon entering the store and approaching the pet section a lady was having difficulty getting a heavy bag of dog food off the tall stack, so I stop and assisted her. Then I did my quick shopping of 6 items and got in line at the single open register. Along comes another store associate and says “I can get you at the other register”. There was a couple ahead of me in the first line, and I suggested he take care of them first, which he did. Then as I get to the register the associate tells me he has to go and help someone load some items (the dog food lady I assisted). Going back to the line I was originally in some other people where now ahead of me, so my wait was even longer. I don’t blame the associate that left the register, I blame the store management for poor training. It might have taken 2 minutes to ring up my 2 items. Instead I was there another 10 minutes. I did go to this store about every other week to pick up $100 plus in dog supplies. I am probably ordering online from now on, and not from Tractor supply. It is all about customer service and there wasn’t any.

I want to thank Jeff from the Bolivar Tractor Supply. I work at one of the local veterinary clinics and wear A road bolts every day because they are great in the office or working with cattle. The last two pair I have came from your store. I had been unable to find them for quite a while and Jeff helped me. He found them at another store and had them shipped to Bolivar. He was so helpful and courteous and represented your business very well. Thank you for a positive experience!

I love this Tractor Supply! (Edited to add that Sabrina is the BEST!) The people there are always friendly and helpful and eager to point me in the right direction. The employees are usually doing the same things you're doing at home and are knowledgeable in their departments.

I received my turkey chicks through the mail. They were very lethargic. It was very difficult for me to get them to eat or drink. I spent over $172. for 20 chick's. Within 48 hours, all are dead but one! I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.. They were kept in the house with food, water, and supervision. Nothing I could do. Nobody will answer for refund or replacement either.

Tractor Supply has a great variety of products for all your critter and homestead needs. The staff always ask if you need any help and are very friendly. The Neighbors' Club reward program is TSC's loyalty program and it is a good program and free to sign up.

Great place ... Well it WAS! It's a joke now. Sad. Such a disappointment. No one knows what is going on. Get a lot of misinformation and run around. Lebanon store is much better. This place needs to get their act together. Many others tell me the same thing. God don't ever order something site to store. I was told I had 48 hours to pick up the items or it'd be restocked. Well, I had other items that they had a two week estimate. I don't live in the same town!!WTH

Customer service has been extremely lacking for the last couple months. Multiple times I've came into the store to get chickens or ducks, and stood at the poultry cage for 30-40 minutes. With multiple employees walking by. Completely ignoring the people waiting for chickens. And that's only if I actually see an employee. There have been days they are NO WHERE to be found either, and we've had to wait at the registers for someone to check us out.

This location has awful customer service. The only decent manager they have is the assistant manager. He is the only friendly one. I am a former Team Leader from Idaho and I worked for Tractor Supply for 4.5 years and I would never act or treat customers the way they do. They act so inconvenienced when you ask for help & they definitely do not use GURA. We just tried using our $10 reward and the computer kept rebooting so the cashier called a team Leader up and he was really annoyed by us and when he saw my multiple NC accounts (I don’t know why I have multiple) and went “Jesus!” Then he told us we were out of luck when I know he could have called the help desk, moved to another register, used the MPOS or just added the discount manually. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience, but it will be the last. We would rather go to the Nixa store than be treated like dirt.

Love this place! Always helpful and the store is nice. I love chick days and I even bought two ducks from them (ended up being grain sucking meat ducks but hey, works out for them since its a feed store😂). I can always find what I need (and don't need). They even have intresting and unexpected things for a feed store. They even have a pet wash station that's not limited to dogs and cats, I've asked about taking my silkie chickens and was given a yes. I also heard of people taking goats. Best feed store for fun and unusual things.

This store isn't what it used to be 😔 hardly ever has vitamor in stock. Couldn't get it OR pine bedding pellets today. Over the last several weeks poorly stocked and messy. The dog food stack by the end caps were just piled, I see a dog food avalanche in the near future is someone doesn't fix it. Seems like employee turn over is very high, new faces each time I go. Probably going to quit coming here and go to the Lebanon store even tho it's a further drive.

Made the reservation online, while driving. Simple. Getting to actual location is a bit confusing, just have to remember its located near the Super 8 and there are a couple small signs to direct you. There are dead end signs for the road as well. Stayed in a King Suite, quite spacious but very dark. Will have to see how breakfast is in the morning.

Loved their pet wash station, $10 includes soap, conditioner, towels and blow drier! Great deal. They even gave Grace a dog treat as we left.

The dog washing station is awesome, very clean and fully stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with a coupon book for pet supplies. I will definitely continue to shop here.

I have spent my last dollar at Tractor Supply. Your customer service has went down hill beyond compare. I have shopped there for iver 3 years and I have had Justin treat me very poorly over the last several trips to your store. Today Sabrina was beyond rude to me about a cart full of feed. i was going to purchase. I decided to not put up with the rudeness so I left your store. Sabrina then called me a jerk and my wife heard this. I went back in the store to talk to your manager on duty he seemed to careless than Sabrina. I will be spending my money with Race Brothers in Springfield.

I love this store, I've been here twice this week. The first time was for 50lbs chicken scratch and 35 lbs bird seed. I bought them and got out to my car then realized no one had even offered to help me load them. I did it by myself, but I'm in my 50s, I think the guy at the register should have at least asked if I needed help.I went back to the store today for a gift, I went to Walmart first but couldn't find it there and the Walmart employees are clueless. I'm glad I found what I needed at Tractor Supply.
