We have purchased shoes there a few times. The prices seem fair and the staff is friendly. While I feel the store does well with customer service and price, the location is one where you have to intentionally plan to go there. I think that it’s a little out of the way and due to where the location sits, I normally would not plan to go there for shoes unless I had gone there before. I think that the store is worth visiting, but my honest feeling is that location is not the best. That’s why I’m only giving 4 stars.

Shopped here today for basketball shoes and it was a great experience. The employee was extremely helpful and we came out with 2 pairs of shoes in the price range I was hoping for. Definitely recommend.

They were short on my size of hey dudes and the ones they had on sale were not in the right place,so when I asked for the pair that was listed as on sale the lady grabbed me a size bigger and told me to wear extra socks,then when I went to pay for them they were 12$ higher and she made an excuse that they were the older model and weren't on sale.

Nice oasis of good shoes at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and attentive. I found a great pair of shoes and was surprised to get a military discount that was generous. I will shop here again instead of heading into the "big" city. Highly recommended establishment. Thank you Shoe Sensation!!!

Took my daughter to get some shoe's and the 2 girls working were more concerned about the manager son who was in there and getting his shoes out of the back room and making sure he got the discount I have never seen anything like it iny life I will never do business with this place again period

The employees were nice, but not very helpful. They just showed me where the brand of shoes I wanted were and told me they were running low on stock and left me to find what I wanted and in the size I needed, but did tell me the mate to the box I took out was the display shoe. But, I did find a pair I liked and got them. It also took a while for them to come up to the register to check me out. They both seemed to be busy with an older gentleman.

Absolutely love shoes sensation associates are always friendly and willing to help at the bolivar location at this particular trip Lena and Emily were very helpful in helping me pick out boots Emily went above and beyond just being the normal friendly of did you find what you were looking for NO she came out and was finding boots asking me my style where I would be wearing them guys it's like we were friends just shopping she made me feel me so comfortable and importantI just love this store in my small town

I like this place. The staff is nice and helpful. There's almost always a sale going on. And everything there is good quality. Most of the shoes either contain genuine leather or are 100% genuine. Basically, you get good quality shoes at Walmart prices.

Definitely the best shoe store in my area I've quit buying Mortuary shoes at Walmart I spend a little bit more for my shoes but they last so much longer I love the Shoe Sensation store for all my foot gear

Bought 2 pairs of shoes for myself at a very good price. Their shoes will last me anywhere from 1-2 years for tennis shoes that are worn daily. Great place to but shoes.
