I came to town for a wedding and my dog needed a bath and his nails trimmed. I was able to get squeezed in extremely last minute and I was late for pick-up (I forgot about dropping him off) but the service was the best I've had, and hagrid was clean and happy when I picked him up. I will book an appointment next time we're in town and I promise to not get distracted! Thank you so much for understanding, and sorry for not leaving the review you deserved sooner!

They did a great job last year (2021). I need to schedule again this year (2022).Update: The phone number posted on the window at their business is incorrect. The phone number that pops up in Google is incorrect. If you look up this business on Facebook, it is correct. It’s the owner’s cellphone number.Reason why I gave this place one star is because she didn’t return my phone calls, however, she did return my phone call one time, which was the day we spoke earlier in the day. I have left her 1 or 2 messages and she didn’t return my phone calls. She did tell me that I am able to reach out to her via text, which I did. She never returned my text message. Very disappointed and unhappy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is always very pleasent and knowledgeable. Ive brought my dog for a haircut and nail clip 3 times now and all 3 times they took very good care of my baby and she came home looking beautiful each time. I will definitely continue to use them and will recommend these people to anyone I come across!

Very knowledgeable of her pets. Gave me some great advice when I asked for the skin care of my pup. My dog had been abused from his previous owner, and he's rather skiddish out of the house. She has done amazing with him and he's done extremely well in her care. He comes back fluffy and happy every time I've picked him up. Cannot recommend her enough.

Although the women there seemed friendly and the space seemed clean, the cut I asked them to do for my dog was not done. They did not listen nor apologize for my dog's hair being cut 3 different variations in length and shaved in some spots when I asked for him to be 1 inch everywhere. A $50 haircut for my 20 pound dog, when it was not at all what I wanted or asked for, seemed a little much to me. I did appreciate that they were able to at least cut his hair evenly when I took him back. It is a shame and I will not be returning.

Tiffany is precious. She’s great with the animals and knows her stuff. I have seen some reviews on here about being charged fees. When I lived in the city that was expected and could be asked not to return. Customers have to respect other customers. When they show up late they back up other customers and suck the life out of family owned businesses.

The address is not updated, but the service is great. This pet groomer is located on Springfield Avenue just off of Mo state highway 13 as you're entering Bolivar. She was friendly and quick to get my little doggie in and out. My doggie looks wonderful and left in a good mood. The groomer offers affordable pricing and a fairly flexible schedule, I will be back next time we need a trim. :)
