Took my puppy in for first grooming, he seemed pretty scared. Went to pick him up, not only did he look adorable but I think he wanted to lick every one goodbye before he left. The assistant groomer and groomer were extremely helpful on deciding what to do for my puppy and they were so sweet to him. If I could give 10 stars I would. Also the veterinarian next door could not say more nice things about them. Highly recommend.

1st of all the people that work there are horribly rude on the phone and in person . On top of that she claimed my 10 pound dog would have to be sedated if i ever brought him back saying that he attacked her . She didn't even clip his nails and did a horrible job cutting his hair . I've taken him several other places and never had a complaint. This place is not worth the time or the money !!!!

We've boarded & had our two basset hounds groomed here several times, and will definitely return! My older basset is a big grumbler when it comes to baths and nail trims, but the groomers manage to work around that. Both dogs are incredibly loud, yet the staff always has a smile on their faces when we drop off and pick up. 🙂Their boarding areas are pretty big, and they get dog door access to the outside. The floor is cold cement, so I do try to bring a pillow for them in the winter months at the very least (my older one has arthritis).I will say that a couple years ago, we had a few times where my older dog came back from boarding + grooming with fleas (2nd dog is still a puppy), but since then I've made sure their flea protection is always newly applied, and haven't had any other problems. I've also met new staff since then, so if you're reading an older review that's less positive, you may want to give Animal House another try. 🐶🐩🎉

Gavin is the most amazing person that works there he was so helpful and so understanding that it was the first time I use the kennel I really appreciate how caring he was and I will definitely use them again thank-you Gabon

I am very pleased with all the services they provide. My 98# lab loves Brandi and I always feel he is being well cared for. He's always a happy & clean boy when I pick him up! I highly recommend Animal House to care for your fur kids!
