The step here is amazing. They are very kind and gentle and got me in 2 hours early. Their prices are so good that I got for $80 what would cost me in Springfield 20 minutes away 240.00 you just can't beat the prices or you can't beat the staff.

I met Dr. Lindsey by chance and she and Dr. Levin were kind, helpful, empathetic and went above and beyond for our family during our dog’s last few months. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to your pup, but their office took amazing care of us and helped us feel loved and supported throughout the process. Our little guy had an unfortunate accident and had to have surgery and weekly visits for awhile. Everyone here (Front desk, techs, vet) have been amazing. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our schedule, they are genuinely happy to see us when we arrive, our questions are answered, and our Hooey is on the mend.

I couldn't ask for a better experience! Everyone there is so nice and caring. You can tell they really love animals and they have been so helpful to me from day one.My best friend was barely able to walk and I knew there wasn't much I could do anymore so I started calling around to make an appointment. I couldn't find anyone who would come to me that I could afford and I came across this clinic. They were so helpful and talked me through the process over the phone. When I got there, I didn't have to wait very long and they made the experience so comfortable for me. Everyone was sad and they made me feel like they knew Diesel his entire life.Our Great Dane was having issues after Diesel was put down and I thought it was because of depression so I got a new Cane Corso puppy. The puppy was underweight and Duke wasn't getting better so I knew I needed to take them to this clinic. They were so helpful and got them both in the same day. They even moved the appointment up for me because they felt it was more urgent to see them. They really took care of all of us and helped us with Duke's medicine as well as any questions I had about the puppy.On the next check up to see how both dogs were doing, we had to have Duke put down too. They were just as helpful and caring making the process and comfortable as possible.They never once judged us or made us feel bad for having to make these hard decisions and that was very helpful for me. My biggest fear was not knowing if I was doing the right thing. I honestly don't want to go to another clinic. I really can't find the words to describe how much I appreciate them for everything they have done for me.

New to the area and our boy got very sick very fast. Staff always squeezed us in to make sure we got the care we needed, and were very attentive. Several visits later our outcome was not a happy ending, but the staff and Dr were so caring and kind through the process. Thank you for helping this family say goodbye.

The doctors at this location show above and beyond care for your family members. A true pet owner knows that your dog or cat is family. Although my loving Chloe wasn't able to be saved, she was treated with better care than humans are at CMH. Highly recommended for all your care needs.

Wonderful! Our red heeler was not himself. Wouldn't get up in pain. Thankfully they had an opening. The news was not what we wanted to hear. Even so they were wonderful with our Rusty boy and checked on him throughout the time we were there until my daughter and grandkids could get there so they could say goodbye. I know they were busy but they didn't let that affect the care or time for Rusty. We can never thank them enough for the care we received in our boys final hours.

I have gone to this office quite a few times and I’ve never ever had anything bad to say. They are the most wonderful people you could ever meet, dr. Levin is so very kind and truly cares about all of the animals he sees. I would never trust anyone else with my precious kitties. No matter if you’re tight on money, they will help you through it and give you many options for the best health of your pet. I will never go to any other vets office and i’m happy that the best animal care clinic just so happens to be around where I live!

Lindsey and Levin run an exceptional veterinary practice. The two obviously deeply care about the animals they treat and are respectful and helpful towards pet owners. They helped diagnose our Fritz with food allergies and helped us find the right food that alleviated his issues. We had no idea that his food was the issue! I highly recommend this veterinary practiceon anyone in need of basic and advanced pet and animal care.

I had to bring both my dogs here emergently when they got into something they should not have. The veterinarians and staff were extremely competent and compassionate and due to their skills both my dogs made it. I'm deeply grateful.
