I have taken my dog here for 3 years, today I picked him up from his grooming appointment that was suppose to be full service. Hair cut, bath, nails etc. Got him in the car and he still smelled like the same dog I dropped off. He still had the same little spots underneath his eyes that were there when I dropped him off as well. No softness smelly good at all!! It was very clear he did not get a bath. I went back in the store and spoke to Stacy about my concerns. Her excuse was she changed shampoos recently. If I'm paying $40 for a service my dog should smell and feel good not look the same as when I dropped him off. She asked what I wanted her to do about it and I asked for my money back or for the services I paid for. She very rudely offered to give him another bath. Due to her being so unprofessional and not being satisfied with her services the first time and fear my dog would get the backlash of her anger you could clearly see I suggested she just give me a refund. She declined stating she did the services. The haircut was done and it was done right but it is VERY obvious the bath was not done. I've been a loyal customer to this business for 3 years and the fact that my concern was handled so unprofessional and without a solution is not good business! Unfortunately we will be seeking other services from here on out.

Took my pup in today for the first time since we now live in bolivar. The facilities are extremely clean and neat, but they butchered my dog. He is a small shi-schon needing a puppy cut. They said he was agressive, had to be muzzled and took three people to hold him down. The cut was unfinished. He has lines all over his back and his face is terrible. I called his regular groomer Sassys Spa in spring field and Ashley said she has never had to Muzzle him nor has ever had an issue. Will not be returning

Twice now, I have picked up Pumpkin after requesting nails be filed (grind) that they were only barely clipped on the ends. The last thing I do when dropping her off is to remind them to grind the nails. Should have checked her closer at pickup. Paid bill left a generous tip for groomer. Need a recommendation for a groomer who's good and does not have a hearing problem.To answer - I am will aware how to groom a dog. I had a kennel of 85 basset hounds that was shown in AKC confirmation shows and field trails. I did my own showing and grooming. That dog has to be will groomed if it's going get the recognition it deserves in the ring.

I can't recommend them enough. My dog is a crazy, nervous girl, yet she always enjoys her time. I can tell they are great with her. I have used them multiple times to board my dog while on vacation.

This is a boarding house. The animals have their own rooms, not little cages. We take our Bulldog there. He loves it at All About Paws. They also take them outside for some exercise, it is privacy fenced. He is completely wore out when he gets home. And All About Paws groomes animals.

This was our second time ever boarding our dog, and the first time (at another facility) did not go well. All About Paws was a MUCH better experience. The people obviously cared about the animals in their care and had nothing but good things to say about Gotham (our dog). He also came out just as happy as he went in (very different than the last time I picked him up), and is now very contentedly sleeping on the couch. He came home smelling like other dogs, which combined with the photos on FB tell me he had a blast playing with all his new friends. All about Paws will be my go-to place for future boarding needs.

Very very helpful! We needed a cat cone on a Saturday due to a previous surgery from another vet that we will never go back nor recommend to anyone! All About Paws was not only helpful, very kind and professional! We will be taking our loved fur baby here from now on.

I almost always have my dog with me when I travel out of town, and occasionally have need of doggie daycare so he's not left alone while we are busy. This is to say, I've experienced more than a few facilities in a wide range of states. This one provided us with a very good experience. The staff here is very friendly, we were greeted immediately and one girl very quickly took my dog away from me to make friends with him. 100% the right way to handle him as he can be a bit clingy to me. I appreciate the fact that they carefully checked to be sure his vaccines are up to date, leaving me reassured that all the other pups are as well. I do wish that we'd been offered a tour of the facility, but understand that not every place is set up to allow this. They're also not as "high tech" as some we have visited where the pups can be viewed playing via webcam. No big deal, though....I can tell he had a great and busy day because he's now passed out contentedly at my feet. This is on the list of places that we would visit again.

The stars says hated it. Not quite, but not happy. Dropped my dog off on a Monday. Instructions says feed 2, 3/4 cups 3 x a day owner food. 1 treat 2 x a day. I had it all measured out. Came home with a container and a half.Pick him up on following Sunday night. Get him home. Start really looking at him. I could count his ribs. An count his spinal column.He has been boarded before, but not like this environment. All dogs hang and play together. Not a problem. Understand that stress can cause problems. But take notes, document problems. Let owners know if any problems. I even asked, an was told no problems.Talked to owner/manager says she didn't notice any change in him from drop off to pick up. If that is true, then that means they don't pay enough attention to the dogs in their care.If I was to take him to the vet, I would bet money that he lost 5-10 lbs here.I will not and do not recommend anyone take their pet here, and will not take mine here again.I am so mad at this establishment. I paid $125 for you to take care of my pet, and I get less than stellar service. So your employees can have a weeks long vacation at your beach house.Glad i could pay for something.So wish I had taken before and after pics, but didn't think I would need them.Save yourself and your pet, don't take them here. Wish mine had gotten better care here.** Response to owner;Most reputable places if your pet is not eating they will entice them to eat more than once a day, by putting a little wet food on dry so they can eat. Or they call the owner to see what can be done. Cash was doing diarrhea before I even got him in the house and fed. As far as your husband and his cancer; mine has stage four non small cell lung cancer mastassized to bone. That's what I meant by what's that got to do with it. Just another excuse for not doing a good job of checking on employees and pets. I don't project, I tell truth.

This is like a veterinary clinic where they bored Pets. I was thinking it was a pet shop where I could buy a beef goodbye a few little things for my baby baby but it was it but the place was very clean very nice lane very nice it just didn't have what I was looking for to spend money on at the time..
