We eat custard here once a month. Always kind,looks clean. Custard is always delicious! They have the best hot fudge. I'm extremely careful where I get ice cream or eat. I have a severe peanut allergy (anaphylaxis). They're informed every time I go and they understand this issue. The only complaint is that on Monday my Mom's waffle cone was incredible stale and chewy. I meant to call when we returned home but we forgot. But both there vanilla and chocolate custard is amazing 🤩! My family has eaten custard from here when they had the old location and followed them to there new location.

We stopped here for the first time Thursday. The employee was nice and she seemed to have a personality which is rare these days. We ordered a pineapple shake and a banana split. We live 15 minutes from Bolivar so we went through the drive through to get treats to go. The banana split was huge and it came in the most shallow container I had ever seen. Although we ordered to go, it came WITHOUT a lid, or in a to go container. I immediately asked for a lid and the girl said they didn't have lids🤷‍♀️. By the time we got home the banana split had melted all over me, my clothes and my car. The custard itself had an off taste that I can't pinpoint. The pineapple also tasted off. It wasn't bad but it didn't taste like any custard we had ever had. You should invest in lids and containers that can travel. Picture is about 3 minutes before it spilled everywhere. LoL ✌

My first time visiting. I thought wow, the nanner split is expensive! Until they handed it through the window. Holy smokes. The biggest I've had, Ever! Will b going back next week for a buddies birthday.. can't wait lol

I great customer service! Pup cups were enjoyed by my two boys and my sundae was fantastic! Also above and beyond I went through drive thru my trunk had popped open the kind young lady at the window closes it for me when I pulled up. Delicious treats and great people!

It's a must after we eat at Boone's BBQ we got to go to 3G's for dessert. Fast service, the girl's at drive thru always friendly. Can't really pick one thing that's better than the other it's all good!

On a very hot day, the custard was refreshing however, the bowl did seem shallow on the banana split or maybe it was just an extra portion. My grandson wanted chocolate scoops in a waffle cone but got them in a cup.

The employees are absolutely AMAZING! Great frozen custard. My personal favorite is a large vanilla concrete with coffee and cookie dough! Also the a banana split with chocolate custard is delish too!

If you’re going to have a walk up window and a drive up window, learn how to service both no matter how busy one is over the other. At least acknowledge the customer at the drive up window, don’t ignore them.

Custard always tastes great! Employees are always nice and very welcoming with their greetings when you walk up or go through the drive thru, and the employees always aim to make things right with each order! A wonderful local business with great owners! Will always support 3G's!

Custard and desserts the custard and desserts were excellent service was awful. We stood at the window for 10 minutes while the girl was standing back behind the counter on the phone.

Customer service is atrocious!!! Need to find new employees!!Response received from this business results in we were actually treated that way by the owner which makes it even worse and she seemed very proud of her behavior which is sad. We do our best to support local businesses in the Bolivar area but will NOT be supporting 3 G Custard.

Their ice cream is amazing!! I would say that it's the best in town! Also, the owner is super nice and cares about customers' opinions. I had a complaint and the owner reached out to me to resolve the issue. Very impressed!

Custard was okay. We were very disappointed with the attitude of a staff member. We asked for a lid for our concrete and she very clearly rolled her eyes at our request and seemed majorly inconvenienced. We won’t be returning and we will let others know about our experience.

I'm pretty picky about my frozen custard. This custard is very creamy, but doesn't compare with my favorite, Freddy's. It has an off flavor that I can't pinpoint. Seems fairly popular though.

The owner treated us with so much disrespect after asking about a product. All the employees had a discussed look on their face when pulling up to wait on a customer. I hate not to support local businesses but I will not be returning ever again.

I should give this place 0 stars. Went there today, Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 11:27 a.m. The sign in the drive thru window said “Closed. Open at 11 a.m.” I also looked at their hours on the menu board. I knocked on their window. I asked if they were open. She said “No”. I told her that the sign says you guys open at 11. She said “I know. But today we’re closed. It’s on Facebook”. I said ok.She was very rude and had a hateful/annoying look on her face. Not everyone has FB. They should put a sign up that says “Closed Today”. The lady didn’t have to be hateful and rude. We used to support this business. However, after today’s experience and with the inconsistencies of their hours of operation, we will no longer support them.
