I was busy and asked my son to call and ask what breed of chicks they had left and prices and the lady on the phone told him “I don’t have time for this” very rude. He was embarrassed, and now I’m angry. Poor customer service. They have lost my business over this rude employee.

I was very pleased with the amount of variety in treats, bones, and toys. The prices are also a wonderful, they had a sale today on pig ears and you got 10 for $7.50 I don't know about you but I go to Petland & Petco and a bag of 10 pig ears is generally almost $20 so this is well worth it each pig ear was at least as big as my hand if not bigger. I have found my new favorite pet store!! I really do thank everyone at Orschelns they were all very helpful and I appreciate it very much. the bone pictured with my hand was like 350 four bucks at the most like I said great prices!!!

Started out nice, a man (employee) greeted us. Nice touch. Entance was neat & clean.My husband wanted to look for overalls. I headed after xmas items ( after xmas sale goodies). I went straight to location straight in. It has Clearence sign, But it was blank. So I went up front for customer service assistance. A nice young lady assisted, she got a gun thing, scanned some items. The items ( clearly xmas) scanned full price. The employee stated that she didn't know, I asked could we get a manager. She then advised they weren't available in so many words. Corporate woman was advising the managers what would be on sale. ( which to me is strange). Wasting the time for any customers looking to shop.The young woman did advise perishable xmas was on sale (75 % off). So I kept looking and found a few items.▪︎My husband was looking at the heaters, and asked a older thin gentleman (employee) and he assisted us. He was very nice & pleasant.▪︎When went to check-out.The cashier was like a lump on log, no greeting, no smile, no expression.▪︎This was my first time to this location.I believe a little training would go a long way on cashier. Sorry management needs to get it together, today is 12/31.▪︎If customer has money, and ready to shop you would think they would like to take advantage and make some.

Friendly and helpful employees, good selection of products. They have live animals occasionally for farming or to keep as pets. Lots of stuff for raising backyard chickens too.

I normally don't shop here for my horses. However, its a bit more convenient and on the way than Family and Farm Center. The employees seem nice and helpful. I'm a little disappointed in the selection of horse feed, if you want to call it a selection. They don't have much to choose from. I wished they did, I would be here more often . But the feed prices are reasonable.

This store is always pretty clean. The staff is helpful and polite. Prices are comparable with other stores of the type. Their pet vaccinations are a bit cheaper here than tractor supply. Only marginally, one dollar or so.

Never been here before, and loved it!! Much better than Tractor Supply Comp (TSC) Store much larger, bigger selections, employees much easier to find. They all greeted me, and made sure I was finding what I needed. I could always find an employee when needed. Can't say the same about TSC employees. I will be changing where I shop after today.

This place is great if you have money to spend. It's a little on the high side but, the clothing is great quality. Some other things in the fishing, camping department was a little high. The staff was helpful and kind and that made it a wonderful shopping experience.I MIGHT ADD THAT THE NAME OF THE STORE IS NOW...BUCHEITS....NOT SURE I SPELLED THAT CORRECTLY. THE GOOGLE MAP DIRECTIONS WILL TAKE YOU TO Molle Chevrolet. It's address is 7 hwy Blue Springs and is South of 40 hwy on the left side of the road. It's behind Price Chopper I think, they have huge signs. I think it's the first stoplight south of 40 hwy. Anyone that knows, correct me if I am wrong please.

Employees are knowledgeable of their products and store layout. They're helpful when I ask of something I may not find. I've not met an employee there that hasn't been cheerful. Clean well lit-up store, wide isles, wheelchair accessible.

Very good customer service at this store. I went there for the first time since it changed to Buchheit and was very pleasantly surprised with the selection. The store is clean and organized, and as mentioned, outstanding customer service.

We went to Orscheln's (now Buchheit) for a wool blanket. We changed our mind when we saw some other items on sale. We feel we received excellent value on our purchases and it was all stuff we needed.

1st time in 2 buy bird seed and was very surprised how much they carry!!They have food for every animal you can imagine, as well as humans.Patio furniture, huge fans, clothes, greeting cards, and more!Nice clean store with very pleasant employees!!Don't forget 2 sign up for their card for discounts!!

This is not Orscheln's. This is Applebee's. Upon calling Orscheln's, they advised me to instead Google the Price Chopper on 7 Hwy and follow directions to there. They are located across the street. Apparently they are aware that Google gives their directions to Applebee's.Edit-there are two different price choppers, both on 7 Hwy.

Much nicer store than the one in Holden, but the young lady that checked us out that night could of been a lot friendlier.Revisit the store today 1/5/2020, Wow what a nice experience! Good help in there and talk about selection. A lot of nice stuff. We will be back! Got horse feed there and it took us two hours, because we had to go up and all the aisle s.

I shop here often for grass seed, animal feed, tractor parts, etc. The store is always clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. One team member spent quite a lot of time answering my questions about grass seed in the past. He was extremely knowledgeable and his advice was great. Will continue shopping here.

This is a good alternative to the other feed store in town. The clothes are a bit pricey if you're looking for clothes.They do have a good selection of feed and food for pretty much all livestock, cats and dogs. Those prices are pretty comparable.They also have a rewards program you can sign up for and they will send you via email their weekly flyer.Easy to get in and easy to get out. Handicapped parking and entry. Isles wide enough for a wheelchair.

Wow!!! This store has gone above and beyond for me and my family!! Mike and the Asst Manager was so helpful on helping me get this smoker for Christmas that’s coming from a Kansas store by employee transfer!! Also the Cashier Sara was super friendly and finished out the transaction perfect!! I have been to this store multiple times this month buying boots, hats, snow shoes for kiddos and gifts for others! I am super impressed and will suggest anyone to go check them out first!!!

I love this store. This is my new favorite store. They have some incredible deals in here. They have a very large variety of everything. And they have really good sales. And my horses love their grain.. They do need to get a different distributor on their stall savings that's the only thing that I found in there that I can find better elsewhere. The staff is excellent on all levels.

Really wish my horse feed would actually get rotated and date checked. Having not expired feed (yes, I've opened a bag to moldy feed before due to past date) in stock for my performance horse is important to me. Not the first time I'm having to drive further and inconvenience myself just to buy two bags of horse feed. Not to mention I'm made to feel like I'm the problem when I ask the department head to check for newer dates in the back.

I like this store people are friendly and it's always clean. It's well-stocked. That being said it seems very expensive to me and I rarely by much. I'm usually after large dog foods or cat food to take to an animal shelter and even on a special they seemed extremely high. The one time I found dog beds they were mismarked and instead of honoring that when I was going to buy 8 for the shelter they just said they weren't that price. I didn't think that was a good business decision.
