As usual make slide tandems,open both doors, make sure trailer is clean, green dumpster available after you pass the security office. This picture is of the Live load wait line. The three steps process after you pass the security gate..Make it easier for you and everyone. Oh yeah tracking device for them to find you for your door assigned.Not bad is as always the waiting time..

Gotta tell ya, we were nervous about this one. Saw a lot of negative reviews, but then we saw some good ones, too. We came for a Sunday appointment set for 11 a.m. We checked in at 10 a.m., got a door about 10:37 a.m., they started loading us about 11:15 a.m., utilized their scale for $10 on a card, and we checked out at noon. Great experience, everyone was nice, and they have a bathroom and "driver's lounge". Oh, and Tito got some treats before we left.

The last time I came it took over an hour to check in. Another 5 hours to get dock but loading process was an hour. Came back today around 10am check in process was like 30 minutes. There's got to be a better way to check in. Had not problem getting detention pay but was super late for my drop and the receiver was not trying to hear what time I got loaded. So I had to sit for a whole week to get another load thanks for that nestle Bloomfield, mo. Hopefully today is better. Just wanted to update second time here appt at 1300 gone by 1430. Thanks this time.

My appt time was at 12:30pm. I showed up at 9am & left at 7:15pm… only to be overweight on my axels and had to get back in line to get reworked. At 8:30am I got a dock door so they can take off 1 PALLET FROM MY TRAILER.. I spent 24hrs here with no cellphone service! They don’t respect our time. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Bad bad management here. Checking almost an hour. Waiting dock for two hours loading for an hour checkout for an hour and being overloaded who wants to back line again. They know better pallet weights.

This is by far the worst place a driver could be. Heavy loads with a minimum of 8hours to loaded. Be patient and get something to eat.

I originally had a live load but it got changed to a drop and hook. Heavy load my weight was 79,020.After rescaling 5 times and still not bring legal on any axle half a tank of fuel by the way.I talked to Josh the yard dog he told me to get reworked so I did. Arrived at 1pm left at 7pm 😟Be sure you scale you use that certified scale.They do have a overnight parking the lot right before you leave to get back on YHere are directions to get to the place I came from 60So take the exit for 25Take 25 then go down about 5 Miles or so and turn right on Y take Y into nestle. Watch your signs be sure you scale because the nearest truckstop is 30 milesThe signal isn’t very good I had 1 bar the entire time.3 stars only because the yard dogs were very helpful and friendly.

Pitiful the loaders cant understand a reefer unit weights more than a box trailer. Thats just pitiful. Oh and you gotta pay 10 b7cks outta your pocket to scale. Extortion. Greedy. Sorry place, but they got overnight parking. Woohoo. I give them 2 stars i stead of one simply because all the people ive dealt with were nice and they have overnight parking. Ìm changing it to 3 stars....they reworked my trailer fast. Oh and my load was ready 10 hrs early...guess i will give them 4 stars because of that. Lol..

Avoid this place!!!!Arrived at 11:00 for pick up. Check in at 12:00 with the gate. Get a door at 17:30 and was done at 19:30 and the load is 45k pound.Public restroom and couple vending machine at shipping office.

Arrived @ 13:17pm dispatch appointment was for 1500pm I didn’t get to the gate till 1500pm then was told their appointment for me wasnt till 1900. Rechecked in at 1818 and didn’t not receive a door till 0114am the next day total time so far at this location has been 12hrs and counting. Smfh never again. I’ll update with the final duration at the location once I finish getting loaded l.

My first time seeing a cat scale you had to pay, at a shipper.*card reader does not work*cash onlyOver weight on purpose, so you can pay for the cat scale (if you choose to do so)Don't be surprised if your over weight... Unless you're Walmart 🤷🏾Process was ok..

App 4:30pm, I am here from 3:30pm and still not on a dock, now is 10pm. If you can avoid this place, avoid it.

Unlike many reviews before me I had a good experience. Checked in at 0350 for a 0630 appointment. Got door Immediately. Got loaded in about 2 hours. Weighed truck, out gate at 0620. The people in the guard shack were very nice folks.

Pre loaded trailers with no truck get loaded faster than live loads. If you have to live load here, hang yourself instead.

Took over 2 hours just to get to the security gate. After that it was over 4 hours to get loaded. Security said time doesn't start until you reach them and it's the drivers fault for not showing up at least 2 hours prior your appointment. SERIOUSLY? I've never seen it take over 2 hours in over 20 years of driving just to check in at a security gate. This is in no way the drivers fault but is 💯 securities . Not to mention how rude the guards respond when asked why they take so long. This is why you have trouble getting your loads booked. Replace the incompetent guards with anything else and you will be off to a better start.

Absolute worse! Appointments mean nothing here. If you come early, on time or late it's the same thing. Came on time and still waited 4 hours for a dock and another 3 hours to get loaded. And on top of that the broker hardly pays $3 a mile. Not worth it. They will make you late to your delivery how long they take to load. If it's Sam's club like in my case you'll waste two and a half days on a 500 mile run.

This place is a clown show! I showed up an hour early and was told that the PU number was wrong, after notifying dispatch, dispatch said the number was right. so a few back and forth. It took them almost 9 hrs to load me. Worst place I ever picked up, if I could give them negative stars I would.

It’s one of the best company for cleaning your truck inside you have a lot of time 5 to 7 hours to o clean your truck while you’re waiting to get loaded…so just bring a lot of sprays

Shipping entrance is at the top of the hill b4 you get to the plant. Some parking at entrance. Check in at guard shack. Must have an eight digit pu number starting with 44 or 43. Friendly guard. It's first come, first serve to get loaded. Plan on spending the day, js.
