There's stuff in all the isles that needs put away. My friends have tried to go online to put in an application, and a bunch of ads pop up before you get to finish the application. They can really use some help there. Everything is in the middle of the isles everytime you go in there. My friends ask for an application ànd they have NO paper applications, it really sucks! Two years ago they were a five star, but now I've put them at a two star. You can hardly get around in there.

This dollar general use to be one of the most clean, well stocked and organized stores I have ever been in. Over the past few months I make it a point to try and avoid this place at all cost. There's always nothing in the shelves, employee carts blocking the isles and this store has gone down hill so badly lately that they can't even keep any good employees.

This dollar general has a big variety and carries basically anything u need. Workers are very helpful. Had signs up for a sale, but it wasnt supposed to start for a few more days and they still gave us the sale price.

I live in Birch Tree Missouri and there is a dollar general store down the road from where I live, and usually I shop there pretty frequently, that is until last week when I went to the store and saw a sign saying that customers had to wear masks in the store. Even though I am severely claustrophobic I had to go in the store so I quickly made a mask out of a bandana that I had and went in. Immediately I started feeling anxious and started to tear up due to the anxiety I was feeling. While in the store I heard one of the workers answer a phone call that had come in. The worker proceeded to tell the person over the phone about the mandate to wear a face mask while in the store. I didn't hear what was said on the other end of the line but I can figure they said something to the effect of they can't wear a mask, but the worker then rudely told the person that they can go to Walmart and stand in line then. I just ignored the situation and hurried up to get my things and get out of there so I could take off the mask.After getting home I had looked up to find out if we as customers had to wear masks in dollar general stores in Birch tree Missouri and all it says is that gloves and masks will be furnished to workers who wish to wear them. Nothing about customers having to wear masks. The next time I went to the store I was then told that if I didn't put on a mask I would have to leave, and not in very nice words either. They didn't give me any option to explain my situation or anything, just told me to leave and not to come back until I had a mask on. From that day on I have not shopped at dollar general, period and will not go back until they lift this bogus mask mandate that they have put into place.
