Very friendly staff. The manager works hard to make sure every customer that comes in has a great experience. This is my number one choice to go when it comes to convenience store.

They never open on time they're supposed to be open at 4 a.m. hit-or-miss because some mornings they aren't even open 6 a.m. it's frustrating when you are trying to commute to work and you just need to stop and get a coffee and now you have to drive to the next town over just to get a cup of coffee in the morning. If I was the owner of the store I would be completely embarrassed

My father in law wanted a specific chewing tobacco for Father’s Day from this specific Casey’s. When my husband went to purchase it this morning they refused him service because he mentioned it wasn’t for him… my husband is 28 years old, but she wouldn’t have even known that because she refused to look at his ID.Definitely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service he received.

This used to be a great store. Now, I'd say you should go 5 miles down the road in any direction and hit a different store. This one is dirty, the staff is rude and don't make the mistake of ordering food. 3 out of the last 4 times, our food has come out either raw, burned, or just plain wrong. If they don't want to restock something they'll just tell you they don't carry that item at all.

Most the time you order a pizza on the weekend its gonna be soggy they used to use paper towels to remove the grease off the top but I guess that's no longer a thing here also if you have veggies on your pizza its pretty much still dough in the middle do to moisture I suggest a different caseys if you'd like the pizza

The service has gone down hill the past couple months, I ordered a meat galore pizza and paid $18 for it! Then got home to open my pizza box and it was a plain cheese pizza!! If I wanted to pay $18 for a plain cheese pizza I would’ve gone somewhere where they actually acknowledge their customers. Very disappointed and will probably no longer be ordering pizza from here!

Parking lot needs a lot of help, paint the parking lines, one gallon of paint may do. They have a lot of business and we could not see the lines to park properly. They probably are own by the people that build or repair once and never do anything to keep the place up

They seemed concerened ! As I paid for some food the Lady looked concernd when she asked " you got gas?" I felt a need to answear so I says " I havent farted any yet " they just smilled nicely showing their concern to be releaved.

Lately Casey's in Billings is proving to be inept. From over looking online pizza orders to the latest issues with their pump readers not accepting cards last night, it's fast approaching the point where I'm thinking about taking my business somewhere else. The problem is that Billings has no other station in town.

Employees should smoke either behind the building or at the end of the building...NOT in front of the store...right next to the entrance. Non smokers don’t want to inhale their smoke, let alone smell it. Also, visitors who drop by to talk to employees while on their smoke break should join them either behind the building or at the end of the building to complain about their personal life. The public doesn’t care. Same goes for the store that’s located in Bolivar, MO.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WAS IN THIS LOCATION SEPT 12, 2021 TRIED TO GET A SANDWICH AND THE EMPLOYEE IN THE KITCHEN WAS MAKING SANDWICHES FOR WHAT I ASSUME WAS ANOTHER ORDER AND WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK UP TO GREET ME. 6 MINUTES I STOOD THERE. WELL WORTH THE EXTRA 5 MINUTES TO DRIVE EITHER WAY TO ANOTHER STORE. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

The employees care more about their own personal conversation than greeting the customer at the counter. it's great having to wait for them to finish talking about their personal drams before I can check out.
