I’ve never had an issue going here, but the last time I was here I had $40 worth of groceries and my card declined twice, saying something like “declined for unknown reason” and I didn’t have any cash on me. My card is perfectly fine, it worked for Mcdonald’s earlier that day and the highlight of the story is my boyfriend was with me and luckily he was able to pay for it. I sent him money on cashapp, the app hooked up to said debit card and it went through. The lady kinda just glared at me while my boyfriend ran out to get his card, yes I know he parked far away and it’s an uncomfortable situation for the clerk but it’s even worse for me because my debit card works properly! I just received it 2 months ago 🙃

It's okay, they don't have much of a variety as far as healthy foods. I was in there looking for sugar in the raw and there is definitely nothing but your basic sugars.

The staff was friendly. This Hy-Vee is a smaller store, so the store is limited on Keto/Paleo items, but the prices at this location are comparable to the larger stores. Overall, a clean, friendly store.

Isn't too bad, not a big fan of mostly self check outs. That and they stopped carrying my favorite flavor Jones. But you can find odd things that you wouldn't find at Walmart and the produce is usually pretty good.

Everybody raves about Whole Foods. I’ve been in their stores after shopping Hy-Vee for years and WF doesn’t deserve all the hype it gets. But since it’s in all the major cities most people there don’t know anything else. HY-Vee food is always quality. One complaint is pre slicing the deli meat. It gets old fast but the service is great. What other grocery store offers the customer a restaurant?

If you are looking for specialty cuts of meat or items that tend to lean to the more gourmet.side of things then this is the place to go. The manager is extremely helpful and if you cant find what it is your looking for then talk to him. I have no doubt that he will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. The staff is courteous, friendly and always willing to help you locate items that you cant find. The cashiers are professional and friendly making this a great home store to shop in. You can order online, pay for it and it will all be ready for you to pick up. With the pandemic still with us this is a great way to protect yourself and your lives ones. Busy parents that dread a trip to the grocery store with tired and hungry kids should take advantage of the online ordering, it's a timesaver for sure!

They don’t seem to be hiring people with a very high professional standard. I watched 2 boys “filling” ice outside, they were throwing ice chunks at cars and truck in the parking lot and one of them just ripped a bag of ice open and threw it on the ground. Very unprofessional, they need better employees rather than just teenagers who want money.

Never go there at lunchtime the cashiers get to talking and when you ask to pay for your items they gang up screaming at you very hostile environment! Don't go there if you have high blood pressure either those older cashiers try and provoke fights

I pick prescriptions up here, while I'm grocery shopping ... there food is always fresh, always & that means so much to me & on my way out i pick up prescription cash out and they help bring my groceries to my car. I have walked out very happy with there services

Wasnt bad except for someone making an aisle smell like they used the bathroom right there. Things were easy to find and everything was stocked. Staff was super friendly

Great place to get fresh produce. Very clean. If you are wanting a special cut of meat they have there own meat cutter.
