I've been coming to Boomland for years. Always great trinkets and gifts, always fresh taffy. Close to the highway, and it has a McDonald's in the parking lot.I've been there on a Christmas Eve and on a Labor Day - they are open 365 days each year.This trip, I bought a solar gnome light. They had fedora hats for $6.99. I love Boomland!

I don't like driving across bridges, so Boomland is a sight for sore eyes when I'm on a Road Trip. Cheap Gas* Hot Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner in the Cafe* Old School Snacks* Great Shopping*

Lots to look at, gift shop is pricey in my opinion but things are unique. Very clean in every department. George is always friendly at the cashier, along with everyone there, I've never meet a rude worker.

I might give it one more star if I'd had more time to look around, but I was there to get a phone charger for my phone. They had every kind imaginable, except the one I needed. I walked around the store for a few minutes trying to find chargers, which I found pretty easily, but the rest of the place was a little confusing. It almost felt like one of those dreams you can't wake up from that just keeps going and going, and you start to wonder if you'll ever find your way out. It did somehow make sense for that area though, to have everything together in one place like that. I would go back to look around if I had the time.

Neat store to spend a couple of hours browsing around. They have a big selection of candy and hot sauce. You can find gifts here for anyone with a big selection to choose from with decent prices!

Boomland is awesome. We will stop here every time that we are in this area. Very unique gas station/restaurant/gift shops/destination. We love it. We highly recommend it.

A little bit of everything here. Souvenirs, clothes, hard to find snacks like pickled eggs and pickled sausage and Bologna. All kinds of seasonings and barbecue sauces. Old-fashioned candies and much much more. The Back-yard Southern Style Seasoning is one of the best all purposes seasonings that I have ever used. For a little extra kick try the jalapeno, I love it. Cheaper here than it is on Back-yard's website. I always have to pick up a couple of the $.99 backscratchers while I'm there.

Just had ice cream which was very good. The server was scolded in from of me and my friends for putting too much ice cream in our cups. She should have waited and talked to her in private.

Large selection of general merchandise, rare spices & spice blends, candy galore and a 50's style ice cream, snack shop.Boomland also sells fuel and has a McDonald's on the north side.In the perpendicular south side they have a very large fireworks store.

Great stop along the highway to stretch your legs and do a little shopping while you take a break. Huge variety of Jared foods, hot sauces, and collectibles not to mention hand scooped icecream!

I love boomland. Gas is always cheep,they have cheep cigs and a little bit of everything. I bought 3 of my grandkids coats there. They have big shop in the back if your looking for Christmas gifts.

When you’re on your way to Missouri especially to St. Louis or back you can’t help but to stop at this place called BloomLand... this place I believe he has fireworks for sale year round...the corner store has a McDonald’s ...gas...a huge, gigantic souvenir shop with anything imaginable inside... also a snack bar that serves burgers, hotdogs, popcorn, ice cream, drinks and anything in between... this is kind of a one stop shop for everything right off the road you want...a place to go sit, relax, catch your breath and buy some things. Even the bathrooms are clean!

Gas station has its own building in parking lot to go in to to pre-pay. The main building has alot of souvenirs. Good place to stop and walk around.

"Closes at 11pm" is very misleading. This location is more than fireworks. The file station is open until 11pm. The firework side closes at 9pm. We went out of our way and arrived at 9pm to discover that Google's information is wrong. I deducted 1 star for the misleading time and 2 stars for the fuel station's girls attitudes. It wouldn't hurt you to develop a sense of humor and answer customers' questions in a non-demeaning manner.

An ok stop for snacks, we're not into fireworks but it was interesting to see how many variations there are and how crazy expensive they are 🙃About half of the women's bathrooms were out of service but they were clean. They also have a nice gift shop area.
