The chicks I got here were both happy and healthy. The female attendant for the chickens was so sweet and helpful when she helped us with viewing and picking our chicks - I wish we got her name. The manager was also amazing for seeing us during his lunch break because he had to approve us only buying 2 chicks instead of 4. They sell everything you could need to start your own little backyard chicken coop. I've been coming here for over 5 years for various pet supplies and my experience has always been excellent.

FOR FATHER AND MOTHER’s Gifts‼️ This is the best store to buy them from! For fathers gifts, buy them a new grill, shiny new tool set, new law equipment, or even the coolest shades! For mothers, buy them flower seeds, baby chickens, new clothes, etc. Tractor supply also supplies the best food for different creatures. The employees are kind and welcome. Bathrooms are up to keep and well maintained.

I can't say enough about the staff. ++5 Stars. Today, a young man assisted us in finding the small parts we needed to finish several projects. We were able to finde everything with the exception of one item.The staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful. A nice relief from a big box store.Always, thank you.

After calling the store to verify the product we were looking for was in stock we were told there was 2 bags and they would save them back for us. After making a 75mile 1 way trip we arrive to 1 bag that had evidence of rodents. We were offered nothing to make it right and left with empty hands. We won't return to this store.

We enjoy going here to get our feed amd other items for the farm. We went for Christmas presents they offer decent prices on the items we were looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful anytime we go there.

We get our pet food here in Raymore. They do a great job supplying dog food and supplies, but I definitely feel they are lacking in cat food. Our cat food is generally not there. The cat food shelf is generally empty.

This is the first of many visits where I left disappointed. Worked with 3 different associates. Only one of the three had the knowledge and skill to help me. He was also the only one to know the stores inventory. Unfortunately, the store failed to supply parts to a product that they sell. I still gave them a 4 star rating as in the past they've meet my needs and the employees were more efficient.

Best TSC EVER!!! Decatur to a very wide variety of pet foods. Not just farm animals they've got a huge selection of cat food dog food and just couldn't ask for more, well actually I could in referencing to dog toys but other than that a standalone TSC is awesome better than having it in a shopping mall plenty of parking variety and definitely outside center

They were very nice and had a lot of supplies that were not overly priced. Their bulk items were the best deals.The cashier, Joyce, was very helpful and great at juggling multiple customers at once. We needed a certain guinea pig feed that they specially order because not many people buy it. She even asked me how often I would be needing it so they had it on hand when I needed it!Very personable and fantastic customer service!

This store is absolutely filthy. We drove from Independence because they were the only store that had ducklings left. The had them in the back and their tank was smelly and the shavings were soaking wet. It looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. And there were tons of flies. After picking our filthy smelly ducklings we went to the feed aisle where a mouse was running back and forth under the bags of feed. We couldn’t get out of their fast enough and won’t be going back.

Great customer service. Employees actively helping your find products. They have a bunch of different supplies for farm animals, including horses, bovines, and poultry. They even carry dog, cat, and ferret food. Love the selection of boots, gloves, and clothing. Tractor Store is a great addition to town and they do a great job!

One of my very favorite places to shop. I love the old school feel of this store which sells everything from boots and blue jeans, to tools, horse feed and live chickens and ducks, seasonally of course.I love the smell of this store and the lemon drops and licorice on display by the registers.Very relaxed atmosphere and staff.

I went here for some supplies for my kitten and they were so friendly and helpful! They made my experience here amazing. I believe Bailey was the cashier, she was so nice. This is the best location I've been to by far. :)

Truckers: Save yourself the headache and time by backing down the drive on left side of store to swing around back to dock door. If you do not you will do a lot of y turns to position self. Move tandems to rear at dock. Staff awesome and well aware of the “docking situation”.

The staff is really friendly and helpful! I used to shop at the Independence store on 291 and was sad when it closed but the Lee's Summit will be my only store. I bought the TSC brand of clumping cat litter and it is as good or better than the name brands. I will be spending my " Christmas cash " on the markdowns!!

Walked into the Belton MO store to pick up my diesel jerry cans, and ... was told that I could pick up my cans at the Lee's Summit Location. I entered my online order, only to find out that the website switched my order to a store half an hour's drive away. The personnel at Belton Tractor Supply were unsympathetic and offered no help. I asked the clerk at the Lee's Summit store whether the website switched orders of other customers to there store. She replied yes, that it happens all the time. I will NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM TRACTOR SUPPLY AGAIN. A FORMER online customer.
