I recently visited PetSmart to purchase supplies for my furry friend, and overall, it was an okay experience. The store provided a wide selection of pet products, from food and toys to grooming essentials.The staff was generally helpful, assisting with locating items and answering basic questions. The grooming services offered were convenient, and the checkout process was efficient. However, the store layout could be more organized to enhance the shopping experience.While the store seemed clean, it could benefit from more frequent restocking of popular items, as some shelves appeared a bit empty. Prices were reasonable, and there were occasional discounts available, making it a budget-friendly option for pet owners.In summary, PetSmart is a decent choice for pet supplies, offering a variety of products and services. With a few improvements in organization and stocking, it could provide an even better shopping experience for pet owners.

I will typically stop here to get my dog food either to or from work when needed(once a month) . It's always clean and welcoming. The only issue I've ever had is the wait time when checking out. It can be longer than expected, but that could be timing/ staffing, to customers being difficult at checkout. Definitely will keep buying my pet products there for the convenience and presentation of the store

I've been volunteering for two years with the PetSmart company and I have to say that this location is THE WORST to work with. Managers are saying we need to rotate cats every two weeks as if they are PRODUCT! These are living animals who need time to a climate to their new surroundings in order to show their personality to potential adopters.The cats come from animal control. Where do they expect them to go when they no longer want them?? Shelters across the nation are at an all time high and they need this chance, but the managers here make it so challenging to do our good deeds and find these pets a forever home ):

Called this petsmart today to ask if they had a specific food in stock for our dogs. They told us they were out of stock. Decided to go there anyways to check and lo and behold they had over a dozen of each flavor in stock! When asked about it the older gentleman laughed while the other admitted that they didn’t check if they had it until they hung up the phone and said they had no way to call back. This is food for our dogs which is pretty important. To just lie bc you’re lazy is completely unacceptable! And to laugh when confronted about it….these people don’t deserve their job.

The staff is friendly. I was greeted when I walked in the door. The groomer took good care of my senior dog. She was tufting so much that she looked Grey. Nice to see her black fur again.

The store manager bagged me crickets and didn’t put any air in the bag. By the time I got home, 10 of them were dead. He didn’t think to ask me if I wanted egg carton in the bag until after he had already tied it shut.

1st time getting my puppy groomed here and it was TERRIBLE!! $61 for freaking nothing! My baby looked the same as when I dropped him off. They took TOO much off of his face. Did not trim his body. Flakes on his body and never had flakes on him when he got dropped off. Eye boogers on his face after I paid for a bath. Nails STILL long. Just VERY unhappy with the grooming service. I cried. Will never come back unfortunately.

Grooming experience was wonderful for our kitty! They listened to exactly what we wanted! Our cat has a hard time cleaning, so I asked for basically the least amount of hair as possible around her neck and bottom, and they delivered quickly and efficiently!

I had my 6 month old puppy get his nails clipped. The groomers at the Belton PetSmart were amazing. They were very good at keeping my pup comfortable for his first nail trimming. For the effort they put in the price seems like a steal. I highly recommend this place and I will be sure to return in the future.

PetSmart is pretty good. I take my puppy there because it's really hard for me to give her a bath. They're kind of expensive. But the puppy likes going there and they treat her quite well.

We bring our 4 lb (soaking wet) hairless Chihuahua with us and my wife and I get the dogs some fresh food and treats. The staff greets us with a smile, helps and sends off with a smile. A good place to go shopping. No pictures because I forget. Cheers.

I bought a beta fish from them and it turned black and died not too long after. I did everything correct gave it a ten gallon tank, and followed all recommendations. I recently went in to look at purchasing a new fish and saw that there were multiple beta fish in VERY dirty water with chunks of who knows what at the bottom of their very small container. All of the fish seemed to be very stressed out and were not being properly cared for. I don’t recommend supporting this company.

I bought a fish here. He had ich. It spread to my existing fish immediately. Only one is left. The rest have all died, including the fish I bought from this store who infected my existing fish. I feel sad for all the fish. PetSmart: you need to clean out all your tanks and start over. Your fish are sick! Not okay!

always friendly even when I was trying on a new harness for my silly girl she got away when I was trying to adjust it and the staff had to lock the front doors down due to them being automatic. Sigh if its going to happen its going to happen to me I was embarrassed because they had to shout for the front to get to the doors before my crazy girl did. They were not upset or put out they thought it was amusing I guess to see this happy girl escape and trot through the aisles just sight seeing and moving on. Finally got her back. they assured me everything was good. But yes have always been very friendly to my girl and I.
