Amanda was great she met me on time. She warmed up to my dog. She was very through in what she could do and how long it would take and the process. She was right on point and she was done 2 hours earlier than she said it might take. She did a great job with bailey and I was impressed. I will use the service again.

Cheuy is a first year goldendoodle who this was the result of his first cut. I warned them it was his first cut. I asked about the groomers experience. I was reassured that the had experience. Look at my baby. He don't want to walk. He is barely eating and don't care to drink. I am very disappointed.

Checking my pup in, the customer service was very rude, not at all like my previous visits. Not sure if you guys were short staffed but it shouldn't reflect on customers that are loyal to your business. Definitely not a good look. My pups grooming services were and are always excellent. I checked my pup in at 11:40, her appointment was 11:45, but after standing and waiting to be checked in the person acted if they were to busy and that I had interrupted them. Picking my pup up I called numerous times and left 2 messages because I got concerned once I didn't receive a text that my pup was ready for pickup after a couple of hours. The first call was at 3:00, left a message, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 I left a message. I finally got a text at 5:39 that my pup was almost ready for pickup not only to get another text following at 5:40 that the store closes at 6, really not hardly enough time to get there without speeding, but I get there at 5:53 and again different person but the customer service was rude.

They did a great job with our mini labradoodle!Dude was matted in some spots and they didn’t just shaved him to the skin - they took the time and effort to save as much hair as they could.

Grooming department was outstanding with getting Pepsi in on short notice for her bath and haircut. All associates were very friendly and professional.

I had a great experience as always. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know my dog Otis and always do a great job and take great care of him for his bath and nail trim.

I brought my dogs vaccine book with stickers and dates but they made me call my vet to confirm the date which was annoying . Also I was charged an extra 15 dollars on top of my visit for extra brushing. Most of his hair was gone.

I dropped off 3 dogs to be groomed they said they wouldn’t have to fully shave 2 of them, but when I picked them up all of them have been shaved. They also cut into several of quicks on one of the dogs paws and never said anything about it, they were still bleeding hours later. I also specifically asked them to trim the dogs tails a certain way and they failed to do so. I would not recommend Petco for your dogs grooming needs.

I have to give a one star as won't allow noneFirst time using them, but thought well there suppose to be the best. Far from it at grooming..My little lap dog is a service dog. They trimmed nails way to short you can see pink skin. The cut was suppose to be trim but she has more hair around face then on whole body, looks like hairless animal almost. They input the information wrong in there system yet in my online account it's correct and my baby was in kennel for over 2hrs as the called and texted wrong number, good thing I checked on her when I did.When I addressed concerns to staff got attitude that they have done this 8 yrs and know there job, yet never done support animals or have any training or education on service animals.Very very disappointed.
