Cassidy in grooming is a godsend! She doesn't always remember my name which is fine but she always remembers my dog ♥️🐾 speaking of names I hope I got hers right 🤣I have a 6 lb Chihuahua. Avie is 13 yo, partially blind, and has some pain from getting old. Cassidy knows exactly how to handle her. Avie is not as shaky as most Chihuahuas but of course she has anxiety like most do. She is now used to Cassidy and wants to cuddle with her.I try to make appointments but I don't always and try to be a walk in. Yesterday on a Saturday (the busiest day) she was still able to get her in and really quick! I actually wasn't expecting this at all! I was hoping she could just get her nails trimmed but she was able to do both the foot and fanny trim and her nails trimmed. I didn't even ask for a bath because I know how busy Saturdays are for them. They take care of me I try to take care of them.If I had the means I would tip her out over a hundred percent every time. Long story short I know my dog won't be treated as her own when I leave her.The picture is random and has nothing to do with their work.Now time to review Petco not grooming. All I have to say is my wallet hates you but I enjoy everything about this place. Here's my Tictok confessions of a broke Swiftie. That fringe jacket is so sassy and perfect as if fearless and evermore had a baby and made dog clothing! You can't keep doing this to me Petco!🤣😭🤑

The low score is for Cassidy in Grooming. The way my dog was groomed was absolutely hilarious but not what I wanted, I specifically went in prior to the Grooming & I THOUGHT we had understood eachother. WE DID NOT.

Monitor the products you purchase from the Belton, MO location. Expired pet food products found in various areas in the store. Some were over a year past date. Left without purchasing anything.This is going to wind up making some pet very sick if they do not get a handle on rotation and discarding of expired products.

Great other than the cashier kinda being weird when I asked for one dog wash and had two dogs with me. I was only there to wash one dog and get the other out for some social time. 🤪

Went to use the self wash stations, blowers only blow cold air..( it’s winter time we have small dogs. Water coming out the Spicket. It is only cold.So we couldn’t even use the wash stations, I had called earlier in the day to ask the price and availability. They said they were walk in, but they didn’t tell us any of that. The gal working was very nice and polite. She even recommended not using them on our small dogs because everything was cold.

AVOID THIS STORE! Took my dog in for a bath and grooming, got her back with skin parasites that took 2 months to fully get rid of. Horrible grooming area!

It was fairly busy when I went, but I was still able to get the help I needed promptly, and did not feel rushed by Robin. She answered all of my questions and offered a couple of solutions with a smile on her face! Jim was also quick and efficient at the checkout!

Don't take your dog there, The Groomers knicked my 1yr old Teddy Balls/Testys 2 times and Now knicked his Face on his 3rd visit. Never again 3 strikes your out.....never ever again

You raised the price of cats nail trim from 12 to 20 in one month. Too expensive for me with 2 cats. That's a big jump for something that takes 5 minutes.

Just got her grooming cut and bath. Purchased a new lease muzzle to working eliminate pulling on leash. She's wearing here. A noticeable difference going from store to car.

Good store. We were checking out dog bowls for our dog and found a nice one. They have a tub that you can bathe and dry your dog. Our Maggie loves it!@

I take my dog in to get trimmed up and they ended up shaving her and giving her a mustache and then charging me extra money that I was not notified I would never send her back there again, and One side is longer than the other 😡

-1 star This location has self grooming station for owners and dogs , dryers don’t work , shampoo does not work or is it clean employee accused me of not paying and was very rude will never visit location again !!!!

I cannot go into this place without spending a fortune. And have too often resisted the urge to adopt one of the precious kittens that they usually have on display there for adoption. I love the quality of the treats for my fur babies that they have available. The ingredients are easily read and could also be safe for human consumption (But I have not tried this myself).

I had my dog in for a bath and getting his nails cut. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful! I’ve been going there for over a year now and I’ve never had a problem. I highly recommend Petco if you’re looking for a groomer for your dog.

I love this store for it's people. I am a little biased because I have a cousin who works in the grooming area but everyone is great. Their all super friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help you figure out what you need for your pets.

Holly, our groomer, has always been outstanding with our puppy. He's always liked Holly and he always gets many compliments on his great cuts & care. The discount points are always welcome too, a great cost saving!

I looked up vetprofen for my dog online, not knowing it was available by script only. The Petco curbside pickup available was listed online, but as it turns out, it was for a product that was not vetprofen. So I went to the store and found out the truth about the med. I wasted a trip to the store partially because I didn't read the details online, and at the same time they advertised something that wasn't what I was looking for and gave me a digital bate and switch. Live and learn. The cashier at the store was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. The wandering woman with the headset on the floor was ok but not very knowledgeable. It took way too long to find out they don't carry what I wanted. And wasted more of our time as a result. Hope your experience is better than ours. Good luck!
