I took my 2 fur babies today to get groomed and they look amazing! I’ve not had the best experience with other groomers with them being poodle mixes. Leticia was so nice, I know she loved my pups and she did an amazing job! My dogs have found their new spa!

While I ran into quite a pickle with my dog's vaccinations for boarding, Theresa and her team were kind, helpful, and incredibly customer centric while working to resolve issues (self-created issues 😅) promptly and efficiently. The staff is incredibly compassionate and organized and the facility is clean and comfortable! The next time I go on vacation I know I'll have a trusted facility to board my fur babies.

Love totally dog!! Haven’t taken my dogs anywhere else since they opened. They love on my dogs like they love on their own, they take the best action photos of the dogs playing and are reasonably priced!

I took our yorkie in today with very long hair. I asked to have his body pretty short but to cut his face in what other groomers have called a puppy cut. I specifically asked to have it longer and basically squared off on his face. As you can see it is very short and cut at a triangle on his face. The ears don't look like they were trimmed at all. Positive thoughts...the girl at the front counter was friendly.

Due to the issue that brought myself and my dog there, I made a big mess. The young lady was so sweet. She told me not to worry about it. I always tip when I pay, but she deserves a gold star!

We left our Great Dane in excellent hands this week while we enjoyed some time away as a family. I have never felt more welcomed by a boarding facility and loved how professional the front staff were. The drop-off and pick-up process was entirely streamlined and a breeze ---- no waiting, no struggling with a dog on a leash, no lobby chaos. These dog lovers have their ducks in a row and I wish them the best on this new business of theirs. So glad to have a quality facility east of Blue Springs!

You won't find a better dog daycare and boarding facility in Kansas City. Great people. Excellent, clean, brand-new facility just ten minutes east of Blue Springs on I-70.

Apollo and Alphie love the staff. They are not stressed out when mom and dad pick them up at end of stay. Very friendly staff and very clean facilities. We highly recommend. Your dogs are in good loving hands.

Extremely happy with Totally Dogs grooming experience today for our young Coton de Tulear. I was greeted at the dog by April the groomer. We spoke about our desires in her grooming. April is an animal lover. I was so happy to find a groomer that will take the necessary care for our dog. The staff have always been professional, happy to help instantly. The business is very clean, no bad odors. The business offers so much for anyone with a pet. Boarding and a self bathing area if you like to give the bath to your pet yourself. We will definitely back. 🐕🐾🐾

We had our ladies (two German Shepards) stayed there over our first family vacation. While always worried about leaving your best friends anywhere these days ....haha we have nothing but awesome things to say about Totally Dog!! The owner Teresa, Candice and all the employees are great to work with. We were able to see them with LOTS of pictures they posted to facebook showing them having a great time. Our ladies will always stay at Totally Dog when we go our our little adventures. Thanks again so MUCH!

We went to use the self serve dog wash. It was such a nice facility! Very clean with nice towels and soap. The people were so nice and very helpful. I will definitely be going back!

I just went to Totally Dog in Bates City. They are so Sweet and they clipped my little Pom NyKima's nails so nice and it was so Great talking to them. I will be back totally. What a Great Place.
