The night male pharmacy staff member was very kind and helpful. (This past Wed night). This store has a lot of good sales. I often get toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels and detergent here due to the good prices. The Walgreens brand is good.

I don't know if my problem exists with this Walgreens in particular or if it is all Walgreens. But for the last year, I have had my prescription filled on time only once for a monthly supply. They told me that they haven't been ordering enough to fill the quantity that they need. So my question is, how does the person in charge of ordering medication still have a job? Because you clearly aren't capable of doing your job. If I don't do my job, I will be unemployed. I will be switching to another more competent pharmacy the next chance I get.

I used to love the customer service at this location. It's been slowly declining but like I understand the shorthandedness. However today at 8:30 my child's pediatrician called in antibiotics. I get they don't open til 9 so I went home and waited for a text that it was done. I checked 3 times and still at 12:15 wasn't filled. I drove up there with 2 kids with strep throat and they told me they were out of the antibiotics. I asked was I not going to be notified and the girl responded we rely on the automation. I said I've gotten nothing and when I called it said it was still in progress. She then tells me that the Walgreens on Lemay Ferry may or may not have it and that I should call and find out. I asked that's my job? Like the computers are all intertwined why do I have to hunt down antibiotics. She said I could do it but we have a lot going on and waves a hand and the mass of waiting people. At that point I just walked away. She hollers you want the phone number. Nope. No thanks I have Google. The lack of care or customer service today was ridiculous. I go here because it's convenient but now I don't know what to do.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Refused to give me my medication. They told me it was too soon. I tried to show them on the site, they said it was incorrect. Was told, check your bank statement because ours is correct. Tried to show them my bank statement, they refused to look at it. Asked to talk to pharmacist, was told no, they aren't there. I asked why every single date on the website was right except that one (going back 18 months). I was told that their computer is right. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. Now I have to miss work for 3 days because of withdrawals eventhough I called them 4 days ago and was told everything is good to go.

My insurance was being extremely picky about what generic prescription they would cover for my daughter. Anthony took a lot of time to find out the correct generic prescription that would be covered so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket.

Not sure what her name was behind the pharmacy counter on 1/24/2022 at 530pm but she was awesome!!! Multi tasking, helping new associates and all the angry customers who had to wait for their refills because they were short handed, plus check in vaccination appointments.....she never lost her kind and professional persona. She deserves some recognition and a raise!!! Great job!

Even though this location it not even a few minutes away I'll take the extra drive to CVS just to be rid of this location and get my scripts. They're always changing dates on when I can get it filled.

Presciptions were sent in at 6 pm,at 615 they claimed they had nothing.At 730 the auto mated system said they had them and were still being processed, they would let me know when available . Heard nothing, called back at 845 and they were ready, but they close at 9and I live 15 minutes away. By the way it was amoxicillin and 2 nasal sprays, and I m laying in bed with a fever of 103 and pneumonia THANKS WALgreens for the prompt service and timely notification NOT!!!

Went in for Covid booster shot. Employees behind the pharmacy counter not wearing masks or wearing masks below their nose during COVID pandemic. We got there at 2 pm for a 2:15 appointment at their request. Left Walgreens after shot at 3:40. One hour and forty minutes. Had to fill out online forms to make appointment then when you arrive they make you fill out the same form on paper the second time. Really disorganized behind pharmacy counter. No social distancing required while waiting for vaccine. No assigned space to wait. While waiting close to the pharmacy for what seems like forever for vaccine we are closely surrounded in a very crowded space by unmasked people (including random pharmacy customers and Walgreens employees). Simply awful and dangerous Covid vaccine experience salvaged a little bit at the end by extremely nice young female pharmacy tech - nursing student who administered the shot and apologized for our wait. This was a one star review until we met her.

Walgreens is Walgreens. They have the stuff that you need on the inside and I'll give him four stars for that but for speed of the pharmacy.... I'll be nice and give them 2 stars. Nobody should have to wait 45 minutes in a Drive-Thru to pick up a prescription that was called in 4 hours ago. It's no faster if you go inside to pick it up either. Be better.

I've been on hold with the pharmacy for an hour and 45 minutes. I called before rush hour, I know everyone is slammed and understaffed but this is absolutely ridiculous. When I called, I was 4th in line. 15 minutes in, 1 caller ahead. Im convinced at this point that noone is answering the phone and those ahead hung up out of frustration. No wonder CVS is eating your lunch. If it wasn't for the convenience factor of this location you would have nothing.

I sat in line for over an hour just to have a prescription filled. Now almost 24 hours I still haven't recieved anything stating my prescription is ready and I have been on hold for 45 minutes and counting trying to figure out if I should make the drive or not.

We’ll done to Maggie and the staff at this store. I had been watching the website like a hawk for that 3rd dose boost. We we’re 2 & 3 with the online signup. Of course this was all dropped into their laps at the last minute and I could tell. They handled us and the walk-in’s with style and professionalism. Thanks to all.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. The tech that works back there is the rudest person ever. I can not believe she still has a job and that they allow her to work with sick/elderly people. She was rude to my sick child and to myself. I’d advise using any other pharmacy than this one until they get rid of her. I’ve seen her be rude to other people before but this was my first, and last experience with her.

The Pharmacy department is terrible. I work in customer service and I could not believe the rude and unprofessional service I received from the pharmacy technician and Pharmacist. They need training on how to handle upset customers. I saw the pharmacy technician throw her hands down when telling me she can get the pharmacist. It was like watching my three year old throw a fit. I would love to go to another pharmacy but this is the only pharmacy close to my home.

I love Walgreens!! Being a senior, on a fixed income, I love the buy 2 get 1 sales at Christmas. Plus I take advantage of the 10 cents prints. I'm not too proud to say, I save my pennies.

This is by far my favorite Walgreens location. I order pictures online all the time via the app and anytime I have any issues and call in they're so quick to help. They're always so friendly when you walk in!

The staff are very friendly inside as well as the pharmacy drive through. Store is very clean and well stocked.
