I think they're super easy to communicate with and have taken my dogs for years. My dogs get different style haircuts and I trust them to do their thing. Always tip since they always do their best and my dogs routinely are good and afterwords. Theres a small strip adjacent to the shop's parking lot bordering the post office where I can walk my dog before/after if needed. My dogs have different haircuts which is no problem and if I have something specific I want done I just priorily communicate that with my PP groomer bcuz we have the same awesome groomer so long they know my dogs cuts. Piper and Sadie don't love grooming but they do love coming home feeling better from the PP!

We took our Journey girl (who is a Siberian Husky) here to be groomed for her first time. Jen did a fantastic job! Journey was matted by her ears. Jen explained that she would have to shave that area and explained why which is understandable. Jen also went out of her way to show me the proper brush and comb to use on her to prevent Matting.

They always do such an amazing job. Dogs are always so soft and smooth and smell amazing. And the pics we get of them are adorable!!! Love this place and can't recommend them enough!!!

My puppy Louie liked his experience at Puppy parlor! I am happy with how they gradually work with your puppy to get them used to getting groomed. This was Louie’s first time! Everyone is very very helpful and very nice. All the dogs that were waiting to be groomed or were groomed seemed happy! That’s all that matters to me!

I LOVE taking my dog to Puppy Parlor! They do a fabulous job and they care about my pet. They were concerned about my dog's health and because of that, They saved his life! Turned out my dog had a tumor. Never would have known if it wasn't for Puppy Parlor. I told them my dog is prone to ear infections so they take extra care around his ears. They are the best and genuinely great people!

Horrified how they shaved my Morkie. She looks like a chihuahua now. I will never use them again. I brush my dogs frequently & use high end brushes….I have never seen anything like this !

I've been taking my dogs here for over 5 years now and everytime I leave so happy and satisfied. I'll always continue to use the puppy parlor I'm so glad she expanded also the building looks great! I hope the owner stays in barnhart and even if she would move I would still take my dogs to her! Thank you

Jen is amazing!! I've been taking my dogs to her for several years, before she even had her own shop. When I found out she had her own shop, I contacted her; she did not remember me, however, she remembered both of my dog's, their breed, and their names! She is truly in tune with my fur babies, which is critically important. She does a beautiful and thorough job, and truly cares about the well-being of my pups. Her employee, Angie, is just as awesome. I highly recommend Puppy Parlor.

Took my three small dogs in for grooming and they look fantastic! They were very overdue and now they are looking and smelling so great! And they came home looking very handsome with bowties and my one even had a tie!

I used to bring my dog to a groomer on Manchester Road. It was a long drive and expensive. The Puppy Parlor is only 5 minutes away from where I live, costs less, and they do a great job. I would definitely recommend them
