Lisa and Derek at Toybox Puppies were both just wonderful! You can immediately tell the puppies are very well cared for. The set up is so nice where you get an hour puppy time so you can take time to choose the right puppy for you....or let the puppy choose you. The whole experience was awesome. Our 5 year old pug passed unexpectedly recently, which broke our hearts. We chose Lux, renamed Kirby, to fill the hole in our hearts. And boy has he. He is absolutely precious. Our vet said he is a very healthy boy too! Loved this place and love our new pug puppy! ~ Roger & Missy K,

Lisa and Derek are AMAZING. We found our new baby Paris our teacup/toy poodle. She is the cutest thing and couldn’t of expected anything better. You can tell she has been loved and taken care of. Lisa gave us so much info and kept me updated through the process. She is able to contact anytime and leaves her number! They are also extremely helpful with the delivery/transfer of the puppy if unable to get to the pet store. We will recommend toybox puppies to all our friends and anyone looking for a new baby for their family! Thank you!! You guys are the best!

We are 100% pleased with our entire experience with Lisa. She answered many questions thoroughly, took time to talk with me on the phone, she worked with our crazy schedule, and our veterinarian was so impressed at how well cared for and healthy our two puppies are. Upon arrival, she and her husband were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed and that all questions were answered before we headed home. Lisa was very professional up-front & honest my maltese he arrived in beautiful condition everything a new puppy needed to help transition to a new home. FYI Do your 3 home work as I almost got scammed several times! I searched in different states for Maltese Breeders Then I checked their Websites, BBB, Look up the vet website to confirm they are real & request photos & live video. Lisa was happy to supply all information I requested.

While we love our puppy and Lisa was great at helping us with her and answering all our questions,she didn’t follow through with materials that she promised. We would call and she would say she was sending the materials but we would never get them we texted and even called again but she would not respond. I was disappointed in the service we received after purchasing our puppy
