My go-to for the fur babies in my life - the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and some of the friendliest retail workers I know(and I do know because I work retail as well, lol)! Prices are great, and they'll help you take things out to your car if you can't manage or just ask. ❤️❤️ This store!

I live 2 minutes from this store and go in every week. I bring my two toy poodles and the staff is always so nice to us. The prices are comparable to the “bigger box stores” and I like that they email and mail me coupons to use. The selection of products is great and I love that they have a “self service” grooming station in the back of the store. It is much cleaner than other self-service dog wash places nearby and also CHEAPER. If you are a member of their rewards program they offer discounted packages / stamp cards for the dog wash station and it ends up being even LESS!One of the employees, Kelly, is always at the front register and is so friendly! She remembers me and my pups and is so kind. All of the employees are great but Kelly has become a “friend” and I appreciate how she gives my dogs lovings and attention.I really like how I can bring my dogs here to practice “social” training in a public place and they don’t mind. I of course make a purchase when I do this but my dogs love coming here!I also like that they hold events for pups and discounts on different things (like nail trimming days) throughout the month. This place is my go-to for all my pet needs.

Decent selection of treats and food. If you buy other items then buyer beware. Some products are very low quality and they don't stand behind them.

As much as we love this place it is a bit on the higher end of our budget as far as dog supplies go. Everyone is usually pretty friendly. They sometimes have sales and good deals for the frugal shopper

First time @ this store and I will never be shopping anywhere else for my cat! Kelly checked me out and was super kind, even offering to help me take my stuff outside. I told her no but thank you. I had my one year old with me, and when I was returning my cart, another team member met me halfway and took my cart in. I have never experienced customer service as good as that!

Went in today, with a desperate need to find a new food to transition my picky eating corgi to. Austin, was fantastic with an immediate suggestion that respected my dogs allergies and tummy issues. Even answered extra questions about grain free vs grain. I immediately came home and my sassy lil corgi devoured Austin's suggestion. Lifesaver! Thank you!!

Great place and good staff.I bought a hamster from them and the animal is very active and healthy. I had multiple hamsters in the past and I can say that this one had some attention and care before I got it.Would definitely recommend this place for per enthusiasts.

We brought our rescue puppy there. She stunk and was grimy, and we didn't want to take her home like that. So, having the facility to give her bath was very important. However, I wish I could have propped their bathroom door open. It stunk really bad in there, and the smell was trapped, due to the door not being able to stay open!

I love this pet store. Variety is great, staff is awesome. Returns are painless within 30 days for dog food. All my purchases are tracked via phone number and they’ll also send email receipts. Wonderful experiences all around and will continue to come here exclusively for all pet needs.

I have been washing my dog, Bandit, here since August after my girlfriend told me about the dog wash area in the back. Very good for the price. He doesn't like being sprayed at all but this setup allows me to wash him and not get injured while doing it.

Just LOVE Pet Supplies Plus and so does Macy Mae. It is especially good when you can stock up on your raw foods with a coupon. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!!! (Thanks for the coupon! Raw food isn't cheap!)

I love this place and it’s always been better than petsmart or petco, but idk if i’ll come back after what happened today. My ball python i got from here passed away after 1 year and she was suffering from a really horrible neurological problem. This really spooks me that you guys don’t treat your animals well enough. It really upset me and i really would like some sort of explanation.

Very affordable and clean self service dog bath and grooming area. My wife will be so happy that our stinky hound dog isn't so stinky anymore. He does smell so much better. Now if we could just do something about his breath.
