Their customer service was great! We went in to look, not wanting to buy right a way, and the salesman, Dave, was courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient as we looked and asked questions, never pushy. We went back a month later to look again to make sure we still liked what we picked out. This time the owner Alan helped us. He gave us our space and came back to ask if we needed anything. He brought us swatches and helped us with our order when we decided to buy. Their delivery price cannot be beat! We'll be back when we're ready to replace more of our old furniture.

The staff here was so friendly and helpful! I brought in an old chair that needed to be fixed and they were quick to work on it and were very helpful. I would highly recommend using them to help with furniture issues. Also while I waited on my chair their sales staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I do appreciate their help and would recommend using them to anyone I know!

Worst place ever. The guy who helped us thought we had so money so walked away and came back and told us he could only take 50 off. We told him that we still did not like the price as most things are over priced there. He then walked away again and just told us sorry could not drop the price at all. So i felt it necessary to let him know that we had about 5,000 to spend in that store alone. We just are smart about what we spend our money on. We then went to Furniture Row and spent over $3,000 LOL🤣🤷‍♂️

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Baumgartner's in Auxvasse. Our salesperson Dave was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was dreading the experience of choosing a new mattress, but he made it quite easy with so many choices. Dave was not "pushy" which I really like. He was friendly too.Not only did we purchase a mattress, I have a new Tempur-pedic Cloud pillow!My husband found a Father's Day lift chair that will help him. Dave was so patient and showed my husband how to use the remote. We are just very happy with our experience at Baumgartner's and if you are in need of furniture, please go there and ask for Dave.

My GF and I went there to try and tackle a carpet situation that we were in on trying to decide a brand and make for a house we are building. Alan Baumgartner was very pleasant and easy to work with. He made our time there very productive and overall was very good to work with. Pricing, at least to what we are going with, was very reasonable. And when we took a stroll through the rest of the store, the furniture was also very reasonably priced. It was a great first time experience there and I would highly recommend them.

I've been dealing with the Baumgartner family for over 30 years. My entire living room is furnished with Baumgartner's furniture . . . a Flexsteel couch, a LaZboy contemporary recliner and a retro chair, thrown in to match my antique setee.My motion bed is a memory foam Sealy. Alan, Jake in Auxvasse and Chris in Columbia . . . and the young lady who helped me coordinate my living room with the antiques I already had . . . this crew is very professional and fun to work with.I'm currently working on my breakfast nook area.Lisa S

Purchased some furniture here and a minor problem with a chair. Called Allen and they picked up on Wednesday and had chair back by Friday. Took care of everything!! Guys who came and got furniture and brought back were great. Highly recommend Baumgartners.
