Bad experience at this Walmart yesterday. In general, it looks like ordinary Walmart, nice cashiers, illegal person at exit, who checks your basket and recipes... But the manager looks to me very unprofessional and ugly human being. I got fruits and vegetables at the store, and cut expensive fruits in the box are totally spoiled, it tastes very bad. Its like fermented fruits in a bad way... there if few different kinds, and all of them spoiled. How is that happened? Never seen it before. Usually one fruit spoils earlier, another later, but this one all the same... and the manager didn't find anything better, just change labels and put sale sticker on it... see the pic. Shame on you.

I avoid shopping here because of being stopped on my way out and asked to show my receipt. If they would use their employees to check out people, rather than harass them when they check themselves out, I wouldn't have a problem shopping here. It's not likely that they'll catch anyone stealing either, because they just looked at my receipt, and didn't count the items in my cart, like I've experienced at Sam's Club. If they stop one person, then they should stop everyone, which they don't do. Personally, the Management should realize that by stopping some (but not everyone) they're profiling certain people, which is discriminatory, and extremely irritating to people who just want to get their groceries home in a timely way. I've even worn my work badge in, which most crooks wouldn't do, and been asked to show my receipt. It doesn't do any good to get mad at the employee making the request. Perhaps by posting this online, Management will get a clue about why they're losing customers.

Minus their inexperienced Mechanic tht stripped my bolts to my tire. Monett Walmart is the best around. Always has fresh looks, food, some help isn't the nicest. Hands down the cleanest bathroom

We stopped in here on our way home from Springfield to pick up a couple of things we needed. Your store needs to come down to Joplin and train the associates on how to treat customers.

Customer service was wonderful. The people that work here are so helpful and always happy to fi d out any information about any product. I would recommend this walmart above any other around.🙂

What can I say it's walmart , as far as my experience I only went in for a few things and got out fast , store was clean and staff friendly.

This Walmart is an easy place to find someone to help locate things. They usually have enough little electric carts to use for shopping. Also it's not terribly busy most of the time.

After spending just shy of $400. This place has the gall to ask for my receipt at the door and go thru my cart. They don't trust their employees at checkouts, no faith in their scanners and security arches and apparently not their customers. I don't need it. Or walmart. Will not be back.

We love our Walmart here in Aurora Missouri, the only other store is Price cutter and they're the most expensive store in the county, plus we love the people that work here, everybody's like family customers and workers ♥️🇺🇸👍

Same ol' backwoods Walmart... people- watching maintains second to none, both indoors and out. Of course they continue to check your receipt on your way out (although I'm pretty sure it IS NOT Illegal for one to refuse such harassment. and continue on their merry way) And don't forget to shout-out to everyone's FAVORITE green- mohawked associate....forgot his name👍🤔

Really friendly staff and really clean. I went to the bathroom and it smelt fresh and clean and I was really surprised! I’ve never been so impressed by a bathroom at Walmart before. They even have cute touches.

DO NOT ORDER GROCERY PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION! Half the produce I ordered the last few times came with MOLD ALREADY ON IT! When shopping in store they are out of stock of items I buy regularly a lot of the time or it’s already going bad. They’ve started rudely stopping people at the doors to check receipts causing build up of customers at the door instead of putting more workers on actual checkouts. I haven’t had a single visit to this store without being disappointed in three years. I would rather drive an hour to shop somewhere else than this establishment getting another dime from my family.

The Aurora,MO store has an excellent geographical location for the local population, and, for the hub of 20 -50 miles.Associates are approachable with prompt attention to answer questions and/or provide suggestions.Shelves are constantly being restocked.The Customer Service counter and Checkers are honest, human courtesy, clean, and organized to serve the customer. Door folks are security keen which keeps customers feeling safe.

Walmart is good for all your needs plus they have online ordering so all you have to do is drive in call a number and they bring whatever it is you ordered out to your vehicle. The staff is most generally friendly

I am always a last minute shopper because they close so early now. I am always a burden to these kids who want to rush me out of the door but when I have an item that needs attention at the 'I'm doing your job for you without pay checkout, I have to wait at least 5 minutes. They are rude, they do not know where anything is within the app just like consumers

The walmart in Monett is better. This walmart doesn't ever have much in stock.
