Logan, Wyatt, and Elijah will definitely make sure that you have what you need either by helping you find it, finding it for you, suggesting what else you may need (in our case, probably...), carrying out, and exchanging because we got the wrong thing the first time. No matter what project is causing us to walk in the door, we walk out feeling better about this journey.

They've got everything. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lower prices, free pallets (some aren't, but most are) and they allow pets.Our family's been by a couple hundred times. The only thing they haven't had was a corded impact wrench.

Update : Corporate GM contacted us and will be rectifying the situation. He was very professional and ordered our metal for us. Still don’t care for the managers attitude by satisfied so the resolution and will continue to shop locally.We have spent thousands in the last several months. We ordered some metal for a building and had too many sheets and needed to return and get some metal trim. Manager would not order anything else because we returned a 38 dollar piece of metal. So our building cannot be completed. We were never told we could not return custom orders and would not have done so again. Same manager stood by while we ordered these sheets knowing we were under the impression they were 4ft wide and didn’t say a thing. He has always had an attitude problem and been difficult to work with. We will be calling corporate. Very displeased:(

The service was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt have to go looking for an employee to find anything they was right there to answer any questions I had. Such a better experience then I have had at the big stores like Lowe's

Lost a sale today.Need much better phone service/sales rep.Zero interest in answering basic questions on product availability. Went somewhere else to get what I needed. Everyone I know raves about Sutherlands. I'll try them again in the future to see if it was just an off day.

On Saturday May 14th I went in store and ordered 1 scoop of dirt. After paying I parked my truck in position to be loaded. I waited 15 minutes. In the meantime another customer pulls up in their truck, goes in store and comes back out within 5 minutes. Employee comes with tactor and loads that truck with gravel then loads me. Dont know how they rank ahead of me. Would have gave 4 stars except for that.

I want to brag on not only the store but there manager, I believe his name is Mike he has to be the best manager that Sutherlands has nationwide! There is not a time I have been there that guy is not there you latterly see him there 7 days a week and not just setting around he is working! Hard to find employees like that these days Sutherlands should be proud to have him!

They just have no idea what's going on. Don't come here for knowledge or help. If they have it they'll check you out and the prices aren't terrible. Service however...
