I'm not from the immediate area and wanted to get my wife some flowers. The on-line store profile says they have "Lilly’s Custom Floral - Custom Arrangements - Grab & Go Bouquets - Wide Varieties of Gift Options". When I couldn't find it I waited at Customer Service for 5 minutes to ask. I gave up and asked the check-out clerk. She said they never had a floral shop, and that the profile page "says we have a lot of things we don't". Back over to customer service and talked to the guy there. Same answer, but he apologized for my disappointment (and expected me to leave). When I suggested he get the profile changed and up-to-date he said "well, I guess I could tell someone in corporate". With employee attitude like that, no wonder the store was a ghost town when I visited. Apparently they only cater to people who've already been there and are familiar with what they don't have.

People that shop here complain about prices of food items yet everything in here cost more than their closest competitor. 7 dollars for a box of cereal should be a crime

The only reason I went to Price cutter today because they had a couple of items in the weekly ad and two of them are out of stock, the sale started today, I should have known better, also they're the most expensive store in southern Missouri 😡 the people that work there are awesome though .

I'm giving it four stars, don't get me wrong I love that it's easier to shop here and I'm not as confused as I am when I'm in Walmart, but when you are struggling financially, at least for me anyways, seems cheaper to go to Walmart. Like I can find a bag of chicken, great value at that, at Walmart for 10 bucks if that. Find a great value bag of chicken at price cutters, same size and everything, and it's an extra 5 dollars. Like, why?

Went to visit the family, and stopped in to pick up some things to drop off with them. Had great precious clean store and a usable bathroom. Everyone was nice checker was extremely slow. And they only had one. Employees standing around wasn't very nice, but we were in no hurry so it didn't bother us. But I'm sure it would other people

Make sure you bring a great big bag of money, good quality food though but expensive. I'm just adding to my review from 9 months ago, it is still too expensive good food good people, but I rarely go there cuz it's one of the most expensive stores around..

I been shopping at Price Cutter for 22 years The staff are friendly there is a star bucks coffee house inside so you can have that morning cup while shopping also they have an in-store pharmacy that's very helpful your not a number like other pharmacies Overall they make your shopping experience delightful

Every time I go there the staff is friendly and they have a good choice of meats. There are a few things that are really overpriced but I like shopping the local hometown store. It is not very crowded and easy to get around. I go there as often as I can. Very good experience every time I go.

they have a great selection and the prices of their fish are great. every thing is inexpensive. but there are two issues: their milk, and their fruits and vegetables. their milk is always expired and/or sour. i’m assuming that it is because it is in a shelf and not in a cooler area, but it’s not okay. it’s making their milk expire faster and they don’t take it off of the shelves. and the second issue is their produce. it goes rotten and soft because it isn’t near enough to a refrigerated area. other than that i think that this location is great and i prefer going here to the walmart.

The prices are good, great sale items. The store is well organized. The produce is fresh. The checkers are friendly. Conveniently located. I would rather go there than the well known other superstore. The only thing that could be better is not always enough checkers during peak hours.

I only shop here for meats since its fresh cut! There is a HUGE issue I have with them... They don't put down carpets at the doors while it's raining!!! It gets very slippery from feet caring in whatever from the parking lot, plus dragging in carts! THERE IS ALOT OF OLDER FOLKS WHO USE THE PHARMACY... CUSTOMER BEWARE!!

Very nice people. Need to open up more lanes. Needs a bigger selection of freezer products. Has a Starbucks inside. Large liquor selection. Lots of parking. Easier to buy groceries here than at Wal-Mart.

I like the store in general, but I went in to have something faxed & waited at Service Desk for 20 minutes before anyone came to desk to help me. It took 20 more minutes after I gave her my papers & waited for her to help other people & get my papers back to me.

The cashier had no name tag so I'm going off my receipt. Vicki didn't greet us at check out she was dirty I am not sure she was even wearing a bra. She was chewing her nails was dirty. Very rude. I will never visit this store again. Dollar General & Wal mart in this area are the cleanest, friendlest,lowest prices & all around know customer service. I only gave 1 star cause I had to.

I've been coming into this particular price cutter pretty regularly for a few months now (mostly for the Starbucks) but recently I've been coming in for general goods like groceries and such but a few things have made me question my decision to choose this over the Walmart just down the street. My main complaint boils down to one employee. Now I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but I feel this needs to be addressed, their nametag read 'Brandy' nearly every time I've came in she's not wearing her mask properly and that really makes me fear for the elderly and immunocompromised shoppers who enter the store but I just let it go and went to another cashier but after tonight I felt the need to address it. She was incredibly rude to a co worker for seemingly no reason! She THREW money at her! In front of customers no less! I'll definitely need to be reconsidering. Appalling really.

This is a smaller price cutter. Their meat out does Walmart any day due to the fact they cut it there. They also have a great deli and bakery where they live the meat and cheese for trays or personal use. They also bake all of their own desserts and make cakes for any occasion.

Great store loaded with food items. It has a nice Starbucks inside. The only draw back is that the prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores.

Customer service counter had knowbody there. We wanted to buy some powerball tickets and the lady at the register said we couldn’t buy them thru the line. Ask the guy at the other register and he said yes we can get them thru the line but there is a machine by the front door we can go buy them at. We normally come in here around lunch and everybody is friendly but the crew on night shift is very rude.

Incredible modern supermarket in a small town. Prices and tremendous selection of products are not what you'd expect on this little Berg. Surprised to find a Starbucks in the entry.

They have quicker services then Walmart and they carry out you groceries to your car they have better meats and always have a sale where you pick so many and that cost 5 for 25 dollars.They have a deli that has wonderful cakes cookies and breads.They keep a book on the counter in case you want to order something special and even do wedding cakes that are not costly but beautiful.you can get money orders there and it where people pay their electricity bill.The staff is helpful and they have a Starbucks in side that's wonderful to get a papa Frappuccino and wonderful one of a kind deserts that all are so good.They have a Pharmacy Deschanel for its low prices most things you can get there cheaper than at Walmart they have a drive-thru window at the pharmacy so you don't have to come in you can just drop your script off and it pick it up later.T hey will gladly help you find what you need they have a dollaralile where you can pick up so many things to save money like cookies ,koolade .soap,hand soap,trash bags,tea,pop tarts,bobble bath,toothpaste, even house hold cleaner and air freshener so if you having a hard time you can still find something to eat that's cheap.They also have a bigger liquor section which more to choose from and they also have beer sales which Walmart usually never has they have cameras in the parking lot a Redbox movie rental by the door and they will do anything in their power if they don't carry it she get her for you it's a great little store it doesn't get enough credit

Went to the meat counter where the "butcher" could not be bothered to cut a brisket in half for us...terrible meat dept service. Left empty handed and will never visit this store again.

Price Cutter , works hard to make their Business Beneficial for their Customers ..I Believe one can Buy A BusinessSize Pre-Stamped Envelope there , ButPrice Cutter keeps only A Few atHand which they obtain Daily as a Courtesy for the Customers ... TheyAre Not The Post Office ..

I do want to support price cutter in Aurora but… It is so dirty even at the front door and the parking lot is always filthy. Every year for 30 years I think they’re going to redo it this year! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🤞. I think this is the year they will clean it up( inside & out) & update it! But, to my dismay, nothing is ever done. It’s time to find a new grocery store even if it means driving out of my way to find it!!!P.S. do the owners ever come and see what it looks like? Or does the health department ever do a check?

Price Cutter really isn't any less expensive than Wal-Mart.... But they DO have that hometown grocery store charm and customer service that I like, so I choose them over Wal-Mart 9 times out-of 10
