Extremely quick response from initial contact. Very straight forward pricing and very reasonable. We had two of our kids bedroom floors cleaned (we have 5 pets and 4 kids) and they looked amazing after. Our carpet is in bad shape. It has been through 7 dogs and as many cats, elderly parents, gravel roads, mud tracks, children, grandchildren, many people going through ruff times and/or needing a place to stay and all the other stuff that comes from life... It is due to be replaced with hardwood. I still want it clean regardless of when it will be replaced, so last week I contacted Sapp's HomePro. I told them I wanted the carpet cleaned before Thanksgiving. Tall order, right? Brian got us scheduled, they were here ahead of schedule and did a fabulous job. The carpet has not looked this good in years! They were very efficient and it only took a few hours. I am so glad I contacted them.
