Not going back ever again, drove 45 minutes to get there one way....My dog had open cuts from her "groom", she smelled horrible i dont think she even got a bath... she didn't have clipped nails which was "included" , and had multiple house accidents out of nowhere after her appointment. I don't trust leaving my dog here for hours. My dog for over a week has been on edge and avoiding people after being here. She has been to multiple groomers, and is a rescue dog, but this place was dark, we were not allowed to see the venue, and it gave dirty, and bad vibes from the beginning. We will not be a returning customer for the sake of our dogs in the future, hope you take the same advice. The worst place I've seen in my 20 plus years of animal rescue.

This place was very dirty... she was smoking when I walked in while bathing a dog, used foul language and suggested I went to the vet to get a drug to calm my dog for the next visit. Wont be going back.

April is AMAZING, and I won’t take my FurBabies to anyone else!! My Dog is a jerk sometimes and she works Miracles with him! She loves all the dogs, and it shows… Plus her Prices can’t be beat!!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a groomer. First, her place was absolutely disgusting with her smoking around the animals. Secondly, she kept us waiting up to an hour before our appointment while she was apparently getting gas. She used explicit language through text message to me and my boyfriend because she said we rushed her. Even though our dog was there for 5 hours. Not to mention, she texted us complaining about us by accident!!! Seems like a person who would not love on your dog while getting groomed. Do not take your dog to see April. And I never write reviews either, so that just goes to show!!!

Place was very expensive especially compared to other, nicer groomers and my dog didn't even get shampooed. 60$ for a very small dog to get a haircut and no shampoo. Will go to other places in the future.

I didn't want fancy, got very chopped. And, as an added bonus... he smelled like he'd smoked a pack of cigarettes. Pretty gross.
