"IN NEED OF A MANAGER"I have been buying feed, hay, gloves, vaccines, syringes, stock tanks and lots of HAY over the past several years! "I HAD AN HONEST REVIEW ON HERE PRIOR TO THE ONE BEFORE THIS ONE AND WAS ASKED TO REMOVE OR CHANGE MY REVIEW AND I DID AND PUT A SIMPLE POLITE 5 STAR REVIEW! " So I'm going back to an Honest review and not what the so called manager of Gordon's in Ash Grove would like to say! In one year alone I bought at least 4 or 5 trailer loads of hay.( Alfalfa) I bought from the feed store instead of straight from the farmer due to health issues and room to store it. Out of all the hay I bought from them my honest opinion is that 30% or more of the hay wasn't good at all. I had 1 bale that I picked out 2 feed bags of poison hemlock! 1 bale and of course many others with all kinds of stuff like thistles and Johnson grass and I understand that nothing is perfect but when a bale of Alfalfa has more poison hemlock or other weeds and grasses besides Alfalfa defeats the purpose of buying small square bales of Alfalfa and this is what I mentioned in my 1st Review! The manager says bring it back. Anyone that has feed much hay knows you can't tell how good a bale is until u bust it open and if you're buying a lot of hay u should have it tested which is not hard or expensive! My point being bringing back busted bales of hay isn't like taking clothes back to Walmart. The other Guys have given me credit if I told them I had a bad bale or 2 2ith no doubt or problems at all! After spending thousands of dollars in Cash on hay and feed at Gordon's in just one year! I have almost always carried a small balance from the end of winter until tax return time usually, but for some reason a 60 dollar bill that turned into 90! Credit Card interest rates I guess! For some reason that bill became a big issue even after I paid it. I'll admit it was quite a while, but I have been dealing with more health issues that have kept me from being able to do literally do anything on some days or weeks. Which has caused us financial hardship! I'm not looking for sympathy! You would think a business that you have spent thousands in cash in just a year not including all the years would cut u some slack. I always pay my bills and have had excellent credit. My Experian was 850 it's dropped due to CC debt which is where I put the charge from Gordon's! I wish I would have been the one picking up the hay and feed, but it was my wife who very rarely has to go get feed or hay but lately that hasn't been the case. "THE MANAGER HERD HER TALKING AND CAME OUT BEING VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL TO HER! THEN ALSO TOLD HER SHE COULDN'T CHARGE WHEN SHE WAS PAYING CASH MONEY! HE WAS ALSO TRYING TO GET THE MAN WAITING ON MY WIFE TO COME IN HIS OFFICE SO HE COULD SAY THINGS THAT SHE COULDN'T HEAR BASICALLY TREATING HER LIKE SHE WASN'T WELCOME THERE! I HAVE NO

I work for Gordon's feed and pet. I haul feed for all five stores. There is one in Clever, Ash Grove, Marshfield, Greenfield and Rogersville. They are all great to work with and all are very knowledgeable. Good service. Let them help you with all of your animal needs
