I contacted this company for a leak in my spa. After a week of waiting I was charged $95 for a service call. Derek the technician came out for approximately 20 mins and stated he couldn't detect the leak.To further diagnose the leak he would have to charge 500$ each way to the shop and 6-10 man hours to trouble shoot and fix. I told him i would think about it.A few hours after the service appointment I was contacted by Kevin the sales manager. I was then being questioned about a new hot tub.Two days later i decided to look for the leak. The coupling from the pump to the heater had water leaking from it. I inspected it and found out the gasket was shot.I purchased the $1.99 gasket from a more reputable store. After installing the gasket, original spa holds water and is NO longer leaking.Kevin contacted me via text and stated that“No visible water is seen coming from the heater. Now it’s possible it leaked afterwords but when the pic was taken and he was there it’s dry up front .”Emphasis that it leaked afterwords…. A $1.99 and less than an hour of my time and no other leaks…and the spa is holding water for 4 days now with zero leaks. Sounds like that was the issue altogether.I inquired about some sort of refund for this oversight and was not offered anythingI will NEVER recommend this company and I would stand clear of the sketchy business practices. $1.99 could have turned into a 2,000-2,500 dollar fix or worse yet a new hot tub for even more.

After the sales of the swim spa it’s been nothing but a headache dealing with this company!From eta of delivery, damaged swim spa… replacing and swapping wrong color panels!Now… dealing with service! Waiting over 7 days just to schedule a service appointment! Had to reach out to them multiple times to get something scheduled after they forgot about my service ticket! Management would not reach out to me once I requested to talk to them!As of today charged a service fee but the work is not completed! Let swim spa panel unscrewed and replacement power supply sitting there and left to another job!Can’t get a hold of management once again! Employees just say I’ll relay the message!I have emails, pictures and text messages for detailed proof! They try to be in and out as quick as possible!👎🏻

Read carefully before you do business with this company! This past summer, I called them to order a new hot tub cover. I was told that someone would call to set an appointment to custom measure my cover. They took my credit card as a hold on the order. After weeks and several calls, I get a text message saying my appointment was the following morning. No one called to arrange an appointment time, they just announced it. After the tech measured the tub, he said it would be 4 weeks to complete. We waited 5 weeks and heard nothing. After several more calls we were told that they hadn’t received approval from us to place the order. The tub was measured, the credit card given and a completion date was given to us. They said they would put a rush on it and call when finished. Three weeks later. I call again. I was told that someone would come to measure and that no work had begun because it is a special design and requires a template! Then I was told that no one had ever been to my house, and no measurements were ever taken! After an angry tech yelled at me, I told him to cancel the order and he replied, “good luck finding a hot tub cover and he hung up. Luck seems to be the key word in dealing with this company!!!!

We had a great experience with both the sales and the delivery/setup guys. We did have a small issue where the heater was defective on initial delivery and kept tripping the power but they were attentive and corrected the issue within 2 business days.

My husband and I bought our very first hot tub from TMSD in early March. They were so AMAZING! They let me crawl into a few different hot tubs to see if I could get in and out easily with my bad knees. They also took the time, not once, but twice, to explain all the nuances and differences between each hot tub. They looked up our house in google maps to check the size of our back patio to make sure it would fit right where we wanted it. They even delivered our hot tub all the way from Arnold, Missouri to Nashville, Illinois, an hour drive! But wait there’s more…..Two Men and A Spa Dolly also mailed our warranty card to us since we were not home to receive it when they set up the hot tub. They also sent us two awesome coffee cups and delicious cookies with the recipe! They are the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people! We highly recommend them for your spa and pool needs!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis and the TMSD crew in early 2008. I purchased an Arctic Spa from a private party and began my love affair with hot tubbing. Over the years that I had the Arctic Spa, the crew at TMSD kept it maintained and upgraded with the best parts and service available. Dennis gave me so much advice, tips and tricks, and samples of new products, that I felt like part of a bigger family, instead of just another customer.The quality of work and professionalism exhibited by TMSD is unmatched. I sold my hot tub in 2016, with the help of TMSD. They located the customer, made the sale, and delivered the tub to its new home. The entire process was seamless. I have nothing but love for the crew at TMSD. I appreciate all that you do.You won't find a better or more thorough hot tub or pool experience.

We purchased from a trade show. DO NOT do that. The purchase went well, the delivery and customer care less than acceptable. Everything was last minute on the delivery, I was not informed to check the level of our concrete slab, I was told that it would be hooked up upon delivery to have the power ready to go. That did not happen. I had the power ready in the correct location, It was delivered, and that’s all. The boys delivering were great and did what they were told to do. No word from the office to check on satisfaction and no returned phone call when I reached out. I’m on my own from here on If I have an issue. I guess it’s my fault that I live 400 mi away from the office. Lesson learned.

Dennis and his employee Johnny did a wonderful job of squeezing me in (Dennis did) to service my swim spa (Johnny did) to quickly find and fix (ie replaced) a gasket at Balboa VS Spa Control System Device. Finding and replacing leaky gasket and testing out new gasket was done quickly and professionally and in a courteous manner. Swim Spa working great now. Definitely go to them again and recommend them. Dennis also recommended a good service man some months back that repaired a small cracked acrylic area that was inside the spa, and the service man he recommended was very good and did a good job fixing it.

We paid this company 50 a month for 2 years to store our hot tub while we were in between houses. Not ot mention the pick up and delivery costs and an additional cost for winterizing it. The tub was only a year old when they picked it up and in very good condition. They delivered the tub in very bad shape. It was filthy dirty and full of mold and had multiple leaks. When my wife called to ask why it was in such bad shape, the guy laughed and told her that it is not a good idea to store a hot tub and that they had one in the yard that they had stored for a guy for 5 years and that it would not be worth anything when he calls to get it delivered. Needless to say, they never told us that it was sitting outside uncovered in the weather all that time. It cost me over 1000 dollars to get all of the frozen lines fixed. Do not use this place if you value your hot tub! Better off to store it in a storage shed. I would give no stars but I have to pick ar least one.

I was very impressed with two men and a spa dolly. We needed a spa moved from a friends house to ours. Communication was fantastic. They called when on their way and it was actually earlier than anticipated! The crew was very professional and efficient. Pricing was fair and in line with other company bids. They ripped me off, the came while I was gone ,claimed to replace a heater and they left no box no old one charged my debt and knew my HOT TUB needed replaced but would come get the heater or prove they replaced the one.When I saw the charge on my debt after coming home from hospital

Thank you for the great job in installing the safety cover for the pool/ The service was fantastic and they did a great job. My malamute, Malakai is blind so his safety is my main concern. I can now let him in the backyard without worry. Derek was very professional and the cover looks fantastic.

TMSD came out and fixed my hot tub when no one else would. Had to wait a week because they were booked but it was worth the wait. They came out looked at the spa and had the part on hand to fix the issue. They were quick with the repair which allows me to use the tub later that night thanks again to Two Men & A Spa Dolly

Very pleased with my TMSD experience. My 20 year old Jacuzzi brand spa stopped working on me. I called 11 places and TMSD was one of two that even entertained helping me since it was purchased through a company that has since closed. They came out within 3 days and fixed my issue in an hour and for a reasonable price. Everyone I interacted with was also very friendly and they talked me through everything. So glad my spa is fixed so we can continue enjoying it! Highly recommend.

The worst experience all across the board. Take your money and promise to do their job. 4-5 times they have showed up with the incorrect hot tub cover. 2yrs and counting. No call backs and no return of deposit for hot tub cover. Not professional in any aspect of this company. Should have stayed as just a moving company. As of -5/9/2023 you called 1x in 2023. Who in their right mind would agree to 50 percents discount for a tub cover that don’t fit. I wanted a full refund since you took the original cover that fit. You tried over 6 times to make a cover. Failed every time. I never agreed to settle for 50percent off of a cover that is not the shape of my hot tub. Be serious accept you failed at this and not push blame on me. Send deposit in form of a check. You never called numerous times. Only 1 time after I posted a correct review of your caompsny. I’ll give you a review when I receive my deposit back. Bring the original cover also! I can put pictures of this hot tub cover if you would like ? I’m giving you the benefit of being embarrassed by the hot tub cover I have dealt with long enough..((( update7/4/2023)) still has not been resolved. Quick to send response to my post. Where is my refund or original hot tub cover? The cover you took away worked great. The new cover which took 6-7 or times to get made does not come close to the shape of hot tub. And does not have straps blows across yard every wind…. What a joke of a company!!! Run to any other hot tub store but this one. Still waiting for full deposit. As you can see this company will never come through with the stuff they say or promise.

We have had a great experience with TMSD. A year ago we bought our home and they came and assessed the condition of an old tub that came with the house and deemed it a lost cause for many reasons. Here we are a year later buying a new tub from them (their prices were the best around) and their financing was spot on! Kevin has been amazing from the start and really helped us choose the best fit!

Called for a second visit to fix a couple of leaks on plumbing lines. All the second guy wanted to so is use more liquid pour in sealer. Tried to tell use that our hot tub had foam insulation. No it does not. Didnt even take the skirting off to look for the leak. Very disappointed in this company. I had high hopes they would be a reputable company. Nope

We purchased a hot tub from an individual. Although in great shape, the tub has a small leak. Techs from Two Men and a Spa Dolly came and supposedly assessed the leak. They installed a new pump. The leak is still there, possibly worse. When I reported it, the company said they were sending me a bottle of “leak seal”. This is after the original visit cost us close to $1000. Do not use this company. Customer service is not a priority.

Just left there, I was inquiring about why they have had my hot tub for 5 months for repairs to plumbing leak. They blamed it on covid and that they were waiting for a part from China. Of course it wasn't their fault. It was covid and china's fault. Needless to say I told them to return my hot tub without being repaired. They said for my one star review they would waive any charges. They thought me taking issue with all of this was funny. I strongly suggest NOT using this company. They will give you the run around for months. I'm sorry for the negative review, this is not who I am, I feel like they left me no choice but to expose their poor business practices. 😔

I would not hire this company!!! Not only did they leave our cover off the hot tub and caused sun damage!! they also scratched the outside on two panels! Their way of fixing the blister spots from leaving it out in the sun believe it or not they heated the spots up and drilled holes in the liner! So now our new hot tub is worth a fraction of the cost!! I had them move it as to not void warranty ! If anyone is thinking about using these people you better read all of their reviews.worst company ever!! Update two men men and a spa dolly commented on my review and because they left my spa out in the hundred degree weather with the cover off outside they told me it's a manufacturer defect. I used this company per my warranty and had them move it only to get it back not only filled with mud scratched and blistered from the Sun. This company takes no accountability. Nothing but lame excuses from them. My hot tub was less than a year old I paid $10,000 for it now it's only worth about a thousand. Nothing great about this company

We've been charged 3 separate times totaling $2,055 and I still can't get anyone to answer my calls and my pool is still not open or ready to swim. The communication (or lack thereof) is terrible. I even tried emailing the manager to see if that would help and it hasn't. Really wanted to find a company I could use year after year but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen in this case.*** UPDATE: Now the brand new filter they installed stopped working in under 3 months. Let's see if they honor their warranty***UPDATE: Pool was not filtering correctly so we called another pool service out. He said not only was the wrong kind of sand used but only a third of the amount needed! This company keeps costing us moneyI wish I could make my review better but there's too much to say. If you want a company that charges your card at their leisure this is the spot for you.

Our hot tub had a leak so they said it needed to come into there shop for repair and it was picked up on January 23rd 2023 and today is Jun 10th 2023 and we still don't have it back. I have reached out multiple times with nothing but empty excuses as to why it's taking so long. And now I get zero response from them, crickets. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.very poor customer service.

Such a great company to deal with! We purchased our spa from a different local company. Started having problems with it within 2 months of purchase. Over a year later with no resolution I ended up on a call with Dennis. He listened to my problem and was completely on board to do what he could to resolve it. His guys were out here within days and the follow up and customer service has been phenomenal with this company. I HIGHLY recommend using them for all of your spa needs from purchase to continued maintenance and advice. Thank you so much for making our spa experience so much better!
