Used to love this store. But last time i came to get superworms got home to find the entire container dead. Called and was told they had more and would replace them. Drove all the way back up there to be told they didn’t have anymore alive. So wasted my gas just to get $5 back. employees need trained better. I will take my business elsewhere

Super friendly and very helpful. Went in for a fish tank and she didn't try to sell me the top of the line. She listened to what I needed and picked out the best one for our families needs. The tank was a perfect fit at home and the gold fish is happy.

Always satisfied with the experience . They undoubtedly need to give them rodents more bedding in their cages, they've got plenty enough bedding to not be doing so, kinda inhumane how they do them poor babies but staff is friendly and their prices are decent.

Started taking my cats here for grooming services, and Stacy is amazing with them!! My cat Eclipse, who’s too afraid of her own shadow, absolutely loves being pampered by her, and even my grouchy cat, Opal, even calmed down long enough for her bath. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an excellent cat groomer <3 already booking my appointments for the holidays

Quick and easy pickup even though I had to get an associate to to get my item, I did not see a spot for customers to pick up items on their own, but I think it is because they confirm the order on a tablet... although part of the reason to use pickup is to avoid the checkout line... fortunately I barely waited one minute as there was only one customer ahead of me finishing up...

All of the animal enclosures were maintained properly and clean expect for some of the fish tanks, they were musty. They had a decent variety of basic pets to look at and seemed stocked up on all of their pet supply products. The bathrooms were clean as well.

Had a grooming done and Desiree was great! My dog is very hyperactive and doesn’t like to sit still, and she still did an amazing job on his groom! All the staff I spoke with were extremely friendly

It was ok the ladies were nice and helpful .. then we seen every tank for fish were full of dead fish some had up to 8 or nine but it was not the worst.. my daughter noticed a fish floating in the tank we could tell it had been dead for a while, days and all the other fish were eating it slowly as it just drifted with the bubbles . So they do not maintain the fish tanks it made us afraid to buy any fish .

Including this past weekend it has been 3 times i went in and couldn't get served. The weekend was busy so I sort of understood but today it's 10 oclock and nobody in there. I asked the cashier. She called somebody 2 guys meandered over to talk about some stock stuff but walker away and nobody else showed up
