She didn’t smell like she had a bath, and her nails seem to hurt her feet, not sure what they did, very expensive for service that didn’t seem to do much, no no bandanna. I guess you have to purchase that and including all the other fees, and no kind of like perfume fragrance smell or something I’ll be going other places are doing it myself.

I only needed to have my fur baby's nails trimmed. No appointment is needed which is super nice. I wasn't happy with the finished result or the groomer. There wasn't much trimmed off of the nails. They weren't very experienced it seemed like and wound up hurting my dog, dislocating her leg. She's only 4 lbs.

I made the appointment online which made it easy. When I got there the girl at the desk was so sweet and kind to my pup I just adopted. He smiled at her which she saw and commented on. That was comforting because a lot of people don't recognize dog smiles bc it looks like they are growling but she knew he was smiling❤. When I picked him up she was able to inform me on what he did and did not like. It was a great experience for my pup

Ana was exceptional when it came to grooming my Shitzu Buddy. She was very gentle and patient with him. Would definitely recommend her to anyone out there that needs that special care for their pet. Buddy loved her just as much and even gave her hugs for making him so handsome. Thank you Ana!!!

My dog had nothing done that I specifically asked upfront 1st. Lost my leash for 30 minutes and the girls were hateful. I have been there 3 times before and this experience was so awful I will never bring Trooper back!!! To pay 70 dollars for nothing I was mainly needing done.

I've been going to the Petco in Arnold since I adopted my rescue pit bull. He got all of his obedience training from Petco (three classes to earn his CGC Certificate ) and goes monthly for his spa treatment. The employees there are super friendly and always remember my dog's name.

The staff was more than willing to squeeze us in for a nail trim even though they were booked. My schedule is crazy right now and I didn't think of calling sooner for an appointment. They never fail to please us...especially Abby.

Extra care was given poor old man Gumbo. He is both deaf and blind. I would peep on on him and see that she was talking and petting him. I would like to thank the staff for being gentle and loving him as one of their own pups!
