I bought this product after my sisters Magnesium RBC lab came back low. Since capsules were not an option for her, I remembered my clinical nutritionist recommend H&W inc as having the best Magnesium products on the market. I immediately ordered a 16 fl oz bottle of their Magnesium oil as a gift. My first experience with Health & Wisdom products was over 20 years ago. I purchased a small bottle of magnesium oil (price tag was still on it) at a health food store called The Rising Tide in Portsmouth, NH, and used it along with toothpaste to brush my teeth. Since I was much younger, I did not pay close attention to the benefits, or stick with using the product, but I inadvertently saved the bottle since it was not entirely empty.Fast forward to 2009, I experienced a health crisis in which I needed magnesium intravenously because my GI tract was compromised. I had gone from 225 lbs. down to 170 in 6 weeks; I was basically starving to death, and my anxiety levels were through the roof. I still did not think about the topical magnesium I had purchased years ago since the bottle was tucked away somewhere.After all that, I started using Natural Calm thinking this was the best supplement on the market, but I never felt like I was getting enough; add some every day stress into the equation, runny stools, and it felt like I was going to have to live with feeling this way for the rest of my life.Then I found the almost empty bottle of magnesium oil, and decided to check out their website. I called them to understand the difference between oral vs. topical, and then did a quick search on my own to compare notes. After trying their topical magnesium products, I have come to understand why Natural Calm has never provided enough magnesium for my body since it acts as a laxative.After twice daily, then once daily applications for 1 - 2 weeks I was feeling that sense of peace again that magnesium brings; it is a state of being I always want to be in for the rest of my life.P.S. To maintain, I only need to apply it as needed now (which varies with stress levels) which is much less expensive than taking it orally since it is highly concentrated. The way I can tell I need some is my muscles start feeling sore again.

I’ve been using Health and Wisdom products for close to 10 yrs, both personally and professionally! I’m a LMT and I use magnesium gel on my clients and also personally do foot soaks as often as I can, especially during high stress weeks or if I feel I’m starting to come down with something. I purchased the magnesium prill for my drinking water (two years now) and all of the soap bars (one year so far) and I absolutely love them all. After I found out about Health and Wisdom products from my Dental school roommate, I purchased a gallon of the Magnesium oil and also a small bottle of the Magnesium oil gel. My wife and I use the oil as a foot soak daily. We have a problem with muscle cramps and with the use of the product, the muscle cramps are very minimal. The small bottle is used when we get a cramp and need immediate relief. You rub the oil on the cramp and in a minute or two the cramp disappears. Immediate relief!A fantastic product!We like the Magnesium oil with AloVera. Just call their phone number and talk to the representative. They have great knowledge about their products.

If you haven't been to the dentist in a while for a cleaning and would also like to sleep better at night and take care of your gums and have whiter teeth and are the type of person who wants to do whatever it takes....then Wow, I just discovered a great hack! Magnesium Oil plus Magnesium Snow! Feels like a dental cleaning with every brushing and it helps me fall asleep at bedtime :) O.k...so its' not minty fresh. Ha ha, but it gives you a very fresh mouth and healthy gums plus it whitens. Yay! Very affordable. You might be able to add your own essential oil to your toothbrush if you really need a flavor. Great caring customer service too!

This is by far the best quality Magnesium oil I have encountered. We’ve been issuing it for 8 years on infants and adults. From skin rashes to aches and pains, headaches, toothaches, sleepless nights and more. 20 tears ago I started using Health and Wisdoms Magnesium Oil after an illness and surgery left me with scar tissue throughout my hip and thigh.
