The staff is always great!!! I've never understood why DG comes in to towns, puts up a small building, and then "shoves" everything in these stores. The staff can't keep up. I'd say, 75% of the time I go in, I've got to "wind around" boxes on top of boxes. I don't fault the staff at all. It's how the company itself manages how much merchandise comes in . . . Otherwise, a great little store to have in our little town!

Employees unknowledgeable on how to use and read the computer at checkout. No sale prices rang up correctly, had to wait while they went aisle to aisle to check prices and make changes. Close proximity to home in a small town is nice but it's worth the drive to somewhere else.

Employees spend more time outside smoking or inside o. Their cell phones that helping customers. Its hard to get the cart through the aisles for all the piles of products that need to be stocked. Less time out smoking and more time working would alleviate all complaints

Employees could have a better attitude toward customers instead of acting like it's a. Chore to help customers. The 4 stars are for the all around selection & cleanliness of store. Too bad mngr. & employees dont take the same kind of care with patrons

It the summer, the store is too hot for extended shopping trips. Seems like people are are constantly stocking shelves, which causes clutter in the isles. Workers are friendly!

Warm and welcoming an they employees make you feel apart of a team manager Renee is awesome an ast manager Anna an key holder Courtney all are just great people fun to be around and work with Renee will work just as hard as she expects her employees to work she will not ask of you if it is something she her self wouldn't do she will work as hard if not harder as anyone in the store an company Anna is the same way very fun loving great to be around hard worker as well as Courtney we have another employee there Sheryl I'm not able to make a statement I do not know her well I have met her when I was a customer at that time she was fun an full of energy an very welcoming working hard an staying on top of the register. This job is nothing Luke any the others I have worked an this job an store is the neatest an cleanest dollar general I have went into an shopped at and I shop a lot an go into dollar general at least 3-7 r a day all weekend an week day by far the Appleton City DG is way better an not because I work there because I am first to admit if my work is nasty an this job an store isn't nasty it is well maintained an organized a lot DG stores could use a lesson or a manager like Renee an Anna to whip the store into shape

I like the Dollar general in Lowry city more. But I hate the one in Osceola mo. There is some of them girls that work there that r not very friendly or helpful and and they make u fill that u r not welcomed there

The women that work there are rude not helpful very unpleasant to go over there when they are working but the male that works there is very nice and polite hard to find what you're looking for in the store too much stuff cluttered there's always boxes in front of what you really need
