This is a fun shop. Everyone on the team is always working hard, but having a great time. They are obviously tight-knit, with good store level management. They are always tightly stocked & front faces, even when the bread delivery man fails to deliver. Keep it up!

Waiting to see how the locals feel about the new DG look and feel. I can tell already that we definitely DO NOT appreciate the Self Checkout Lanes. If I wanted to work at Dollar General, I would. And sometimes people don't want to pay with a card for things. Why does it always have to be a massive ordeal, just make it where we can pay for what we're buying, however we need to pay, cash, card, wompom.... this is stupid. Some people have accounts that charge what they call "convenience fees" when people do a ACH purchase at a business, shop it becomes more expensive to pay with a card. It's just another way to screw us. Typical of the bigger corps.

Good place to shop still got a deals in dollar section and a helpful staff. They don't have vegetables like some other dg establishments.

They're a small hometown Doller General with same products as larger stores. Most of us are on 1st name basis, greeted with good moods & attitudes. Holiday weekends, you better get there quickly, because their soda pop products go quickly because of the good deals. Which I think they have better everyday soda pop deals than Walmart.
