I love this small town Hy-Vee. People are friendly and you generally can always find what you are looking for and if they don't have it someone will always run into the back of the store to check and see if they have it and have not put it out yet. They always try their best to make sure we are satisfied and I love that about this store that is why I will make the trip there when I am out and about.

Hy-Vee has a decent variety, however, I do have trouble finding decent fresh fruits and veggies here as they are often very damaged at the least. They're prices are much higher than Walmart or Dollar General on most things, but they make up for it with their deals a lot of times.

Hy-Vee is a really cool place. The Mgmt team are all very friendly & helpful as are all the employees. There was even a time that one of the managers let me charge like $25 in groceries on his personal card when we ran out of money before the end of the month. Living on a fixed income is no fun.

In 2019 there may not be a helpful smile in every aisle, but when you do see one it is amazing, and this location has one of the best meat men in the business. Keep up the good work, Brian!

Hyvee is just high priced. This one has the basics with an occasional something that you dont always see at a small town store. Staff is always friendly though and if you pay enough attention youll get one heck of a deal.

Thesaurus clean the people are nice most of the times I can find what I want but there has been times when they're out of a particular item that I'm looking for and their fruit is a little high but I like their salad bar and their meat counters are nice and clean

Wanted to fill my carboy with reverse osmosis water and the unit was shut down.Wanted eggs - none.Did not need TP or pizza - shelves empty though.Not really your fault. Just some thoughtless and panicked individuals.

Only grocery store for 20 miles. Small but very friendly, helpful staff, has your basic necessities, but limited on choices or varieties. Wished it stayed opened later, closes at 9pm

Custromer service in this day and age is a rareity. We both had jobs that was so important. We shopped at Albany Hyvee and then went to Bethany Hyvee. I guess its all about who you know. In Albany the locals called workers by name. We are very well known at Bethany. The last two managers who knew we shop for us and three kids or who needs things on sale. Apparently uncommon or staff doesn't care or too busy. Case in point my Hyvee card wasn't working at the gas pump. Absolutley no follow up. Out in the ocean by ourselves and we are lost. Still have problems with prices wrong or last week and coupons at Albany.
