I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else! The girls are so personable and professional, not to speak of their friendliness to each and every patient!I take all five of my babies to Dr. Jones, he is WONDERFUL with my babies. Caring and emphatic vets are very hard to find!

We took our dog to this vet on August 13th and all he done was give antibiotics and didn't check nothing else cause we didn't have much money , our dog kept getting worse I called him on Friday th18th he wouldn't even see her cause of the money now she sufferer died on 21st he sux

The staff are so kind, they are great with all 4 of my dogs. I never have had to wait long to have my dogs treated & cared for, and the costs for pet care are reasonable. I highly recommend their services!

Been going here for a few years. They take excellent care of my fur children. I love how they have advanced technology to detect early signs of issues for kidneys. My dog is over 15 years old and getting her blood work done annually is my top priority. Very patient. Their groomer even cut their furs a fewtimes. They help me tremendously when there are any issues. They really want my puppies to live a long and happy life. This is the first time I had a dog to make it past 10 years old. So I always have questions about keeping her healthy and alive. Always have questions. And Dr. Jones always calls me back and answer them, or he comes to my car and answers them. They have wonderful prices. The whole staff is wonderful. Very sweet and understanding. They're worth the drive. And omg whenever they tell me my dog doesnt look her age (every visit), for the next week, no one can tell me a thing. My chest is out and I'm arrogant cause my elderly dog looks a lot younger than she is. That makes me feel wonderful. It means I'm doing something right. And most of it has to do with them.

First off my 12 YO chihuahua, Shiloh, has been coughing and had 2 fainting episodes. I felt it was an emergency and called Yazoo since this is who we’ve used. I called (this was just about 2 weeks ago) and told Britney my story, she put me on hold. Someone (not sure who, didn’t say) picked up and said can I help you? I say -Yes I was just on hold. She laughs at me and says, Okay…can I help you (in a very smug tone). So I go through my story again. This is what I get “You can bring her in and drop her off and we might be able to get to her.” I say, “I would really like to stay with her , do you have any appointments?” “Nope were booked”. I say, “Ok what about tomorrow?” “Booked solid” I ask, “Saturday?” “Nope, we’re closed.” This whole time I am waiting on her to say Hey we can get you in on this day though! Nope, nothing. I told her I would figure some thing else out and she just said ok. We went to another vet and turns out she is in congestive heart failure. If I hadn’t gotten her in when I did, we probably would have lost her. We still aren’t out of the woods.Secondly, We have an 11 YO cat we took in for sudden hair loss and sores. They said he had allergies although I’m not sure how they diagnosed since the owners cannot come in and ask questions. We went through two courses of steroid shots over 1 years time. He would get better but it kept coming back. We got a 2nd opinion and turns out he has allergies AND a fungal infection that could have been cleared up long ago. Dr. Cory told my husband that we can’t keep giving him steroids, but never offered up a solution. I’m very displeased. I do not feel like they tested him for anything. They just assumed it was allergies.

We called and scheduled an appointment for my dog to get fixed. They scheduled it for June 28th, and even added to that by saying “two Mondays from today.” We show up and they say they don’t do surgeries on Mondays, laugh in our faces and refuse to help us in any way. A two week wait to laugh at us because they scheduled it wrong? Pretty unprofessional.

Not my favorite place that’s why I found somewhere else. They didn’t seem to care and was nonchalant. They are also very expensive. They aren’t the way they use to be they need more friendly people there. Maybe it will be better.

I bought my teacup Yorkie in on December 23 2021 .She got clipped by a vehicle it broke her leg and pelvis .Didn’t look bad little cut on legThey splinted her leg she suffered all night and died 24 hrs later . I believe that they knew what shape she was in and should have just put her down not allowing her to suffer .it cost more to put her to sleep x-ray and splint leg . Was it really Necessary call .Or more expensive services than what was needed Care and compassion was what was needed .
