I went to the On the Run Store #20 on W. Oak St. in Amite, LA to purchase lottery tickets yesterday. The gentleman waiting on me behind the counter was loudly discussing with his co-worker, that this was obviously the only store that sold lottery tickets, and it was aggravating to him. I could not believe his attitude. I have never been treated so poorly - especially when I was prepared to pay for these tickets, but I refused to shop there being treating like this. I personally despise poor customer service. Everyone has a bad day, I get it, but it should never interfere with your treatment of your customers. If you don't like your job, get another one! Everyone is short handed, so it shouldn't be difficult.
