I love coming to supavalu on Sunday in winona mississippi. I always get the chicken dressing baked chicken butter beans greens cornbread and sweet tea. They have more options but these are my favorite. Stop by and try it you will be satisfied and very full..... ♥ ♥ ♥

A wonderful place to shop for groceries and lots of other items that you might need. The deli for is good as well. If you don't want to cook, check out our already prepared dishes. You won't regret it.

About the only place in Winona that you can purchase fresh meats and vegetables, which are usually as reasonable as anywhere else. Sometimes you can even get them cheaper than larger grocery stores if you catch them on a good sale. However, it's the type of place you really have to watch price tags - one item may be a typical or even low price -, but then right next to it - something at 2x or 3x the price of somewhere like Family Dollar or Walmart. I have absolutely paid nearly $8.00 for a jar of Mayonnaise here.The deli has generally good quality foods, but again, usually very high priced, even for pre-prepared deli items.We also had a situation where my wife had purchased two heads of lettuce, got home and halfway through cooking and realized that they were rotten. Was quite inconvenient as we have to drive over 10 minutes to get back to the store - keep in mind we were half way through cooking and it's the only place within 30 minutes that would have it. We were asked to provide the rotten lettuce back, which felt a little accusatory. Luckily, we did bring it, but had to walk back out to my car and fetch the grocery bag of chopped slimy lettuce. Not too unusual I guess, but we're talking $3.00 - wouldn't have been the heist of the century if for some crazy reason we had been making this story of rotten lettuce up. Regardless, after proving that we did have some nasty lettuce, they kindly applied the price of the heads of lettuce towards a few bags of the chopped lettuce without any other issues and were reasonably kind about the whole thing.

Very nice very convenient grocery store. The employees are second to none. Always nice, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the amount of product they keep in store is lacking. I have been in there many times that they were completely out of all brands of chocolate milk. Doesn't seem like a big deal until you have 3 screaming kids that love it and now have to drive 30 or more minutes to get to the next store for it. I use this as an example, it's not the only case. I know it's a small store with limited room and probably limited storage in the back but when I drive 15 minutes to get something it might be easier just go 30 the other direction and know can get what want or need.

Great place to shop for groceries. Always clean and well kept. Nice helpful people and super nice register ladies. My mom loved shopping here and my wife still does. They serve a mean lunch too!!

Wish there was really some where else to shop. 99% of everything in the store is priced WAY to high. They have old things that need to be replaced all over the store but most people trust there grocery store to not sell them expired stuff. So u don't look untill u get sick but the owner does not care. Been like this for years and he buy everything in the small town so u can't put a better store in with lower prices that the small town can afford. Change needs to come to winona and it start with the dirt bags runing it.

General grocery Prices too high. Food servers in the hot food line are very rude, not just one, several of them. They need customer serve training and its not just me, I've heard other customers in line saying the same thing.

The prices of certain items can be a bit high (as one expects in any small town grocery store), but they also have one of the nicest, most helpful, safest staff teams in town, so we're happy weekly customers.

The worse place to shop. Fruit and vegetable are old lemon ends are black. They keep produce til it has to be pitched. Everything is extremely overpriced taking advantage of people of Winona. Check dates on milk causes I’ve picked it up and it’s out of date. Bad bad bad. Feel sorry for folks who don’t have a car to go to grocery basket in grenada or kilmichael

Great deals on food and fresh produce and meat and the frozen food section is well stocked with your favorite vegetables, cakes and ice cream and the frozen dinners good variety to choose from. As well as the house hold supplies , and pet food.

For this to be the only grocery store here in Winona you would think that the manger or whomever would do something about the high prices to keep the home town people shopping in town. I only shop here if I need one or two items. There meat dept. Needs to make sure there meat isn't spoiled. There veggies you have to becareful with them as well. There plate lunches are okay sometimes and really are the only things worth going there for.
